States it needs an update and there is none.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. App just won’t open. It just keeps loading. Very frustrating!

App is useless and no one will return messages!!!!!!!

Got an email that pictures were loaded, went into app and it does nothing for the event I was in. Keeps trying to put me in events in other parts of the country. No way to get into settings to check your profile. Lots of fun at event, not so much in follow up.

Still no photo and waiting on the companies for a fix 🤬😡

They should just provide the pictures ON THEIR WEBSITE in a folder!!! MuddyPrincess doesn’t work!!!

Terrible app, they should just upload them and send a link. This is crap.

The pictures won’t load. I am so disappointed that I can’t see the pictures from the muddy princess run that I did.

MuddyPrincess won’t open to view pictures. It just spins.

It’s been a week since the event, they mailed us the link to MuddyPrincess and there are no photos available. There was no mud on the day of the event, there is no photo available, they charged and arm and a leg. Very disappointing!!!

The event I attended shows the incorrect date in MuddyPrincess . Ocala was 10/16, not 10/15. The pictures cannot be seen. I tried to contact support but kept getting a notification that it was not set up for support.

MuddyPrincess still has a problem with not showing the photos that were linked here. Fix your bugs again!

I downloaded MuddyPrincess deleted and re-download it again several times and it still gets stuck spinning on event configuration there is no option anywhere for me to update any of it

How do you even ask for help? Stuck in a constant loop of not being able to log in, to not being registered, to credentials invalid with no resource for assistance. If this is the only way to get pics, I’m stuck and held hostage to an app with no alternatives.

I did the Muddy Princess Run, downloaded MuddyPrincess as instructed for “free” digital photos and it won’t load the photos. I have the newest version of MuddyPrincess . Don’t advertise free photos and take participants photos to use for your business if they do not even have access to view them!

MuddyPrincess will not sync for the specific date of the event that me and my friends did. Deleted MuddyPrincess multiple time and downloaded again. Still won’t sync. Just spins and spins and spins. You need to offer another way to view pictures since your app doesn’t work.

I did a muddy run and got the email about the pictures being uploaded but o can’t access the event. It just stays looping around. It happened to all my teammates too.

I think they might be working on uploading pictures from the past events. Once I’m in viewing the pictures it’s fine. If they are adding more though it stalls and goes back to the beginning. I think it shouldn’t let you see any pictures until it has all been uploaded. Just my opinion though and think it might make things easier. There are so many good memories though! Thank you!
