Disappointed that yet another app is not able to be used horizontally. You would think this would be available.

I’m new to doterra and wanted to get doTERRAShop for convenience. But I can’t even log in to doTERRAShop . It takes so long to load then it says error then goes back to the log in and it’ll keep cycling that.

doTERRAShop is nice for jumping quick to your loyalty cart but lots of issues lately loading and losing my shopping cart order and loyalty order if you get interrupted before you pay. For all the money folks spend on oils… it’s a shame doTERRAShop is so problematic

I was excited the day I found out about doTERRAShop. It has never functioned. It is very annoying, disappointing and words I am not allowed to write. They claim as of December 2020 that they fixed a bug that didn’t allow customers to log in. Well guess what 6 months after doTERRAShop launched I still can log in to this p.o.s

Not worth downloading. App crashes every time I use it. The couple times it worked, it was so much more efficient than using the browser. However, it almost never works unfortunately.

I’m confused about doTERRAShop. Is it the official shopping app of the company? Why are there only 28 total reviews? It glitches constantly, freezes frequently, and doesn’t perform basic functions like tracking an order. I’ve been a dōTERRA member for 3 weeks and I’ve already spent over $200, and i highly doubt i’m the only one dropping this kind of cash... it just honestly confuses me that doTERRAShop isn’t completely streamlined and amazing. It needs a lot of improvement.

I could clean my entire house in the time it takes for doTERRAShop to launch and allow me to sign in. I got doTERRAShop because you made me think it would be quicker than the website. They are both HORRIBLE! It’s a darned good thing I love these oils and they work a heck of a lot better than your online services! This is THE SLOWEST of any online service I’ve ever encountered... and it never seems to improve. Maybe 2021 will see an upgrade in your technology and/or web servers? I’m praying. (Meanwhile, 10 minutes later, I’m still waiting to get into doTERRAShop .)

doTERRAShop is OK. doTERRAShop is a little slow in loading at first. But the problem I have is once I add items to my shopping cart, and if I close out doTERRAShop , switch to another app, or lock my phone and come back to doTERRAShop , the items I had in the shopping cart are now gone and I have to reload them all back in. That is a little frustrating.

I think it would be really helpful if there was a link to the PIP from within doTERRAShop . That would earn five stars from me.

It’s the slowest app ever! Once in I love it but it takes forever to open.

doTERRAShop is great when it works, but currently when I try to sign in, doTERRAShop tells me I need to update which I have already done. I’ve tried restarting my phone, opening from doTERRAShop Store and nothing works! I was really happy about the convenience of doTERRAShop for updating my LRP order but no more. Please fix!

I love the idea of this! Unfortunately, I had to delete doTERRAShop because it just would not load, even after deleting and redownloading it. Let me know when you fix the glitches and I will absolutely use it!

It’s convenient to have doTERRAShop available, but almost not worth it because it takes forever to load. Thought it would be fixed by now.

I love this new app for doTERRA shopping, because it’s so easy and I can quickly and easily make generated links to share with my friends! It’s easy to search for products, it’s fast, easy to edit my loyalty order, or make a quick one time purchase if I need to.
doTERRAShop also has a new feature of being able to search for specific products according to specific systems of the body that needs support. Love it! ❤️

There a lot of features on doTERRAShop that I love. The barcode feature makes it so easy to scan a product I’m running low on and add to my cart. Having the option to search by body system is a definite plus. Thank you doTERRA!

doTERRAShop is working great now!!

Really want to love doTERRAShop but when I open it it is very slow. doTERRAShop also freezes constantly anytime I add something to my bag it freezes. When I try to look at my invoice it freezes. Disappointed

I LOVE doTERRAShop. Thank you dōTERRA. It makes LRP, adding new people, looking at my biz, all so easy. Adding to my order by scanning the barcode on my nearly empty bottle, genius! And making it easy to pick products by body system supported! You have taken mobile to a whole new level. Thank you, thank you thank you!!!

This is such a great app for when you just want to get to your cart and get your order done. I have non-tech savvy customers that dread going on the computer for anything but they learned to navigate doTERRAShop in a matter of minutes. Much more mobile friendly than going to the website to do your order.

I love the dōTERRA app! It makes shopping so easy. It’s really user friendly and it is so helpful to be able to save my order so I can go back to it. One downside is that it makes my phone really hot. Specifically near the top right below the cameras. I close out all other apps and it still does it. If whatever that is gets fixed, then it would be perfect!

It is disappointing that doTERRAShop is not avaible for other countries than US and Canada. It is supposed to be developed by Doterra International.
