Close and restart the Muse — canvas app on iPhone
Update Muse — canvas app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Muse — canvas iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Muse — canvas on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Muse — canvas network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Muse — canvas not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Muse — canvas App
1. On android, goto Settings » Muse — canvas » click [Force Stop]

Update Muse — canvas to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Muse — canvas App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Muse — canvas » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Muse — canvas.

Fix Muse — canvas unable to contact server/ Muse — canvas internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Muse — canvas » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Muse — canvas » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
