Saldo iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix Saldo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Saldo app on iPhone
Update Saldo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Saldo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Saldo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Saldo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Saldo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Saldo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Saldo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Saldo » click [Force Stop]

Update Saldo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Saldo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Saldo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Saldo.

Fix Saldo unable to contact server/ Saldo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Saldo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Saldo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
