To resolve Wolow network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Wolow app issues:

Force Stop the Wolow App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Wolow app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Wolow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wolow App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Wolow app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Wolow.

Fix Wolow unable to contact server/ Wolow internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Wolow » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Wolow » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wolow on android.

Simply add a device configuration inside Wolow , select the device you would like to start up and then press the power button and as long as your configuration is correct you can watch your computer startup. Before using Wolow ensure your computer is fully configured to work with the wake on LAN protocol. this app is a wake on LAN app that allows you to remotely start up a computer by sending a "magic packet" request. Wake on LAN is a network protocol that is supported by the majority of Ethernet cards available. A guide on how to set up your computer can be found within Wolow at the bottom.
