Close and restart the FBU app on iPhone
Update FBU app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FBU iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FBU on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FBU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix FBU not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FBU app issues:

Force Stop the FBU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FBU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FBU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FBU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FBU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FBU.

Fix FBU unable to contact server/ FBU internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FBU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FBU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FBU on android.
