How to fix Planif app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Planif app on iPhone
Update Planif app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Planif iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Planif on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Planif network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Planif app issues:

Force Stop the Planif App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Planif app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Planif to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Planif App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Planif app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Planif.

Fix Planif unable to contact server/ Planif internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Planif » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Planif » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Planif on android.
