I haven’t been able to login to your app for several days. It says it doesn’t like my credentials telephone numbers say I can’t call the number.

When dealing with your financial information, one expects an app to be void of glitches and involuntary actions that cause trust issues, especially in a scam and hacker prone world. Unfortunately this app lacks basic functions like a back button, user friendly menu and it randomly logs you out. Also when linking your private bank accounts, the information is not displayed immediately (still waiting) which causes concern about PII safety. Hopefully the browser will be better as another reviewer suggested, otherwise I will have to delete my account altogether.

I use the internet website for retirement planning and I like it. This app, however, has terrible navigation issues. Somehow I found the retirement planning tool once, but have not been able to find it again. And there is not back button when you navigate to a different area of the app. You can only close it which does not take you back to where you previously were. It defaults to a dashboard which shows nothing for me. I would not recommend this app. Use the website instead.

Every time I open the app it tells me I need to update to a new version. When I click to do that & go to the App Store there is no new version. I messaged the company to let them know, but that was at least a couple of weeks ago & while they said they were investigating nothing has changed & I haven’t heard back again. The app was helpful when it did work but now it’s just a waste of space. The app doesn’t work in my phone or my iPad.
