Perfect for at home workouts

I truly love AlignPilates, and I adore Bailey. It’s so hard to stick to something but Bailey makes these workouts fun and interesting. I feel good doing them. The only thing about AlignPilates that I don’t really like is it doesn’t keep track of what videos you’ve already watched. I know the intent is to watch these over and over. But when following a program, I often forget where I left off. Not when I’m doing the workouts back to back… But if I take a few days off, I forget where to pick back up. If there was a way for AlignPilates to track what you’ve already watched and when you watched it, that would be awesome.

LOVE the program and the app!!

The best thing I can say is that I willingly get up at 5:40 am every morning to do one of Bailey’s workouts! Seriously, these workouts make me feel stronger and more awake and energized every day. I’ve never stuck to any exercise regime for more than a month or two (and that’s being generous) and now I’ve been using BBFIT EVERY DAY for nearly a year. It has quite literally changed my life! I can see the results and, more importantly, really feel them physically and mentally.

And AlignPilates itself is also terrific. Super user-friendly and intuitive. I love the monthly workout calendars (every week always feels so balanced! I literally feel bummed if I have to miss a workout!), the challenging programs, and the ability to save videos in my own library to find them easily in the future.

Changing my body and mind

Bailey’s focus on the way we feel inside as opposed to how we look is what really sets her apart from all the other dozens of instructors. I absolutely love her positive attitude and reminding us constantly that “the mind believes what you tell it.” That was life-changing for me and I’ve studied yoga and meditation for years but it’s really that simple. Another thing I love are her programs—it makes it so simple. I don’t have to waste time picking out a workout—it’s done for me. And the options to do shorter workouts when I’m short on time is fantastic in terms of habit building. All in all I can’t say enough good things about her online studio. It’s worth every penny.

Getting great results!

I love Bailey’s positive calming demeanor and her wealth of knowledge about all things fitness. You can tell she knows what she’s talking about. Thoughtful warmups and workouts where each move leads in to the next. They are very doable for all levels and you can make each one harder by adding ankle weights or bands. And if you want more after you finish a class, you can add a quickie after to target a specific area. I don’t get discouraged and give up like I’ve done with other programs that have high intensity for long periods. I love the cardio bursts mixed with toning where I can catch my breath. Thank you Bailey! I’m getting great results!

Perfection!

BBFIT is the perfect combination of cardio and strength all while focusing on the fundamentals of Pilates. I love that the whole idea is working out smarter not harder to achieve a healthy, long and lean physique. Each workout is really challenging and will make you sweat! Bailey is so cheerful and encouraging. I feel like I have my own personal trainer. I also love the monthly challenges to switch everything up and keep my body guessing..

But what is working out efficiently without eating well? Bailey also provides a program guide full of simple and delicious recipes to keep us on track and maximize results.

Love AlignPilates and love her and will continue being a loyal subscriber!

Changed my life!!

The align program changed my life seriously! Let myself get into a routine of not moving after having my son and Bailey’s app really snapped me out of it and got me moving my body again! I love how diverse the workouts are and how if you’re feeling like doing a little less there are sessions for that and if you have move energy there are workouts for those days! I love following the calendar so I don’t have to decide what to do everyday, it really takes the guesswork out. My body has completely transformed and I have never felt healthier. AlignPilates is absolutely worth it.

Bailey is a beautiful soul & a wonderful fitness instructor 😍

Bailey is an amazing fitness instructor and adds a loving touch of body positivity, self love, moderation, and support. Her program fosters a mind-body-spirit connection that I very much appreciate. The exercises are effective, fun and dynamic. I’ve had 32 major surgeries in the last 8 years and have been bedridden, on narcotic pain medicine for years, and very weak. After physical therapy, I seamlessly transitioned to BBFIT workouts & am stronger than I’ve ever been. The cost of AlignPilates is SUCH a good deal for all the workouts & mindset sessions she has to offer. Bailey has been my shepherd from illness to radiant health. Thank you Bailey!

Best Pilates program I’ve tried!

Bailey crushed AlignPilates. The cycle syncing pilates classes is what drew me in to try and I am obsessed. My body has changed so much since doing these workouts and they don’t feel like a hassle to do, I actually enjoy them! I always finish feeling calm, at peace; not stressed and like I had a great workout. AlignPilates has changed my life and Baileys voice is so soothing and she explains the moves so easily. Cannot recommend enough. Give it a try, especially the cycle syncing!! You learn a lot on what your body can handle during certain phases of your cycle and it really makes so much sense!

L O V E

I absolutely LOVE IT!!!

Her work outs are up-lifting. One of the things I love about her videos is that she has music in the back ground. The one thing that helps me move and get energy moving through me is music while working out and a lot of Pilates apps or websites don’t have music. Due to that is has always made it a challenge to stick to the work out but with Baileys Align app she gets me moving and the work out goes by fast. I also love that she has mediation, journaling and resting videos. I don’t find that in a lot of other subscriptions that I have.

She’s great and she helps motivate you. You will not regret getting her app!!!

So, so worth it

I have been taking traditional reformer Pilates classes for six months and started Baileys program two months ago. The results I've seen from her classes are SO much more profound than what I was seeing previous to starting. I've been able to cancel my studio membership, save a ton of money each month, and see better results working out at home with the Align app. I walk 2 miles then complete one of her classes 5-6 times a week and my body is visibly stronger and I look leaner and am no longer bloated. I am 35 with three kids and haven't felt this good in over a decade! Thank you Bailey!!

Changing my life

I have NEVER been able to stick with a workout routine before. I’ve tried everything: yoga classes of all kinds, Pilates, barre, running, BBG with Kayla itsines, the Sweat app, cycling, power walking, Zumba, boxing, EVERYTHING and this is the only workout I have ever stuck with. I literally get excited to do these workouts. I even bought all the equipment which I never do because usually I can’t stick with it! Bailey is amazing and so motivating. Her workouts are so fun, go by super quick, and I feel the burn without feeling like it’s unsustainable for the long term. I have struggling with anxiety and depression for years and doing these workouts the last three months has helped my brain and therefore my lifestyle so much. I can’t thank you enough, Bailey! You inspire me to show up every day for myself and for others in a way I’ve never been able to before. I’m so grateful 💕

Really been enjoying Bailey’s app!!

I started to mat Pilates for almost 2 years now but recently have been looking for a longtime instructor who fits everything that is me. Bailey’s voice during her workouts are so soothing and empowering at the same time. I am absolutely OBSESSED with the Align Your Cycle program but I do wish there was a feature where we could search workouts outside of that program that align with the phase we are in during our menstrual cycle. I genuinely feel like I have seen more results compared to others so far so I’m looking forward to seeing what Bailey will do in the future ✨

Best Pilates App Ever

I am someone who has a really hard time keeping up with a workout regimen. Bailey has completely changed that. Her energy and the way she walks you through a workout is amazing. I always find myself excited to work out, especially since the classes are so fun! I’ve been using the align app pretty consistently for the past 6 months or so, and I can truly say that it’s beyond worth it. You get so much out of a subscription! From recipes to meditations to TONS of fun and challenging classes, Align really has it all. So happy to be supporting this amazing woman who has truly changed my perspective on working out!

Great diversity and in smaller session

I’ve been using AlignPilates for about a year and a half. The content is very frequently updated with new videos. Her videos are in smaller chunks so it’s easy to get at least a small workout in. The thought is you can link a few together if you need a longer workout. My only suggestions for Bailey is to add a few 40 to 50 minute workouts so you don’t have to stop and switch videos OR to create a playlist option where you could string two or three videos together before you start your workout and they would auto play together. 💕 you Bailey! Keep it up.

Bailey is a ray of sunshine and Align is the best!

I have so many good things to say about Bailey and her business, Align. She gives clear instruction and always has such positive and uplifting language no matter the difficulty level of class. She has made pilates accessible and fun and I genuinely look forward to working out with her on the Align app.

I love working out in alignment with my cycle and Bailey makes that so easy, whilst constantly teaching me new things about women’s bodies during each phase.

Game changer!

I’m a mom of 4 and have always struggled to find anytime to exercise, but AlignPilates has made it super convenient. With anywhere between 5-45 min workouts and everything in between it’s always possible to find the time. This has truly become my favorite part of the day and therefore I prioritize it. Bailey is incredible and the focus on mind & body that’s incorporated into the Align program as well as her positivity and encouragement throughout each workout makes all the difference in the world. I’ve had AlignPilates for about a month and truly feel stronger, more confident and have shed a few pounds. So glad I found this program!

Absolutely Amazing

I think this might be my first review I’ve ever left. I’ve struggled with my mental health and body dysmorphia for years now and it’s very hard for me to get up and find motivation to work on myself and my body. Bailey just makes you feel so loved and strong and always says what I need to hear. I’m very much a beginner and I love how short her videos are. I can really focus on the movements I’m doing without hurting my body or going too fast for my level. Yes, $20 a month is expensive but I highly recommend it, especially because you can do it all from home. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my mental health and body already. <3

Addicted!

I’ve been working out with Bailey for about 6 months now and I love her workouts. There is so much to choose from. Don’t wanna do the calendar? Go for one of the challenges! Short on time? Pick a quickie. At first I thought her workouts might be too easy, but she’s constantly adding new content that gets more challenging. Her 14-day summer challenge is excellent and now it’s back paired with a quickie each day. The addition of 3-pound hand weights has also been fantastic. My body is strong, my bootie is lifted (my husband keeps commenting on it 😂), and I’m motivated to keep coming back each day. Plus, the price is fantastic, especially if you buy an annual membership like I did.

Gym to Pilates

I have been slowly transitioning from lifting weights at the gym to Pilates and yoga. I have a few bulging discs from heavy weight training and I was getting too bulky. I was worried the workouts in AlignPilates wouldn’t be challenging since I am used to training pretty hard. I was pleasantly surprised by how great of a workout I am getting with AlignPilates! Working smaller muscles is definitely a different animal and I am looking forward to looking more feminine. And bonus I didn’t know AlignPilates included recipes so I am excited to try them! Also AlignPilates is way cheaper than a Pilates membership. I have done reformer classes before but I’m hoping I won’t need them with AlignPilates’s reformer based workouts.

Talk about feeling a burn!

I used to do like 2-3 five-minute-workouts as my daily workouts, I used to say “holy crap that was hard- ok I’m done that’s all for the day.” After building up my stamina, getting the OK from my OB after baby, adding my own ankle weights, resistance, I wanted (and felt like) doing so much more. I’m so glad I signed up for BBFIT and downloaded AlignPilates ! I have so many workouts right in my hand, with or without equipment. I do Bailey’s 30-40min daily workout and still want to add on more 5min burners. She’s so motivational and so calming. My body is toning up faster than it ever has and I actually look forward to my workout every day. 💖
