I have NEVER been able to stick with a workout routine before. I’ve tried everything: yoga classes of all kinds, Pilates, barre, running, BBG with Kayla itsines, the Sweat app, cycling, power walking, Zumba, boxing, EVERYTHING and this is the only workout I have ever stuck with. I literally get excited to do these workouts. I even bought all the equipment which I never do because usually I can’t stick with it! Bailey is amazing and so motivating. Her workouts are so fun, go by super quick, and I feel the burn without feeling like it’s unsustainable for the long term. I have struggling with anxiety and depression for years and doing these workouts the last three months has helped my brain and therefore my lifestyle so much. I can’t thank you enough, Bailey! You inspire me to show up every day for myself and for others in a way I’ve never been able to before. I’m so grateful 💕
