Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Scive app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Scive app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Scive app on iPhone
Update Scive app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Scive iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Scive on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Scive network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Scive not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Scive app issues:

Force Stop the Scive App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Scive app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Scive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Scive App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Scive app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Scive.

Fix Scive unable to contact server/ Scive internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Scive » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Scive » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Scive on android.
