I’m thankful for the ability to communicate through my care. The messages are directed to the provider directly. Response time is the best ever. I like the ability to view test results and ask specific questions and to be able to communicate with outside provider as well . Health care can be complicated. Having one site for for different facilities is super helpful

You guys are killing it with RRHMyCare! But....I have to take screenshots of certain data in Apple Health every month to send to my doctor for monitoring. It would be MUCH easier if RRHMyCare had full integration with Apple Health instead of me having to remember every month. Would be 5 stars with it.

I made an appointment for GOBGYN AND as a new patient. I selected someone with open appointments. THEN I got a cancellation indicating the person was not accepting new patients. Why is this provided in the list and her open appointments are still in the system. The biggest problem now is trying to get back into the system to find a new provider!!!
Very poor server vice and system if not updated by providers.

It’s super handy to use and schedule the required appointments, however it’s very slow. It keeps loading. It took me 5 attempts , 30 minutes each time to load all the screens until I finish my appointment registration. It needs an update.

The check in feature confused the staff at the office and doesn’t work. The two factor authentication doesn’t work and makes you confirm every single time you use RRHMyCare . The only useful features is bill pay and reading your labs before your doctor even gets to them.
