2 years agoA bill I received, patient ID 658042. There is no explanation is to what service I received. The bill is for $90.00 and the statement is dated 8/17/2021. Can I receive an explanation, please.

False information
I made an appointment for GOBGYN AND as a new patient. I selected someone with open appointments. THEN I got a cancellation indicating the person was not accepting new patients. Why is this provided in the list and her open appointments are still in the system. The biggest problem now is trying to get back into the system to find a new provider!!! Very poor server vice and system if not updated by providers.
