I reached out to customer support to fix the issue twice and no one replied. The clean button to get rid of junk files is gone. I already paid for the whole year and they did this. They need to give a refund for the rest of the year plus the 3-4 months it hasn’t been working. I would not recommend this anymore until they fix the issue.

I made the mistake of believing these well written reviews but do yourself a favor and don’t bother downloading Cleaner if you’re expecting any part of it to be FREE. Because absolutely ZERO% of Cleaner is free!

I wouldn’t mind paying one set price for a good quality product, but literally the first review I read goes on and on about how they don’t charge an arm and a leg like all the other apps and how it’s the best thing ever invented, they’re so beyond grateful because of this AMAZING app, well that’s a LIE! Not only do they want to charge you weekly but it’s a reoccurring payment weekly and yearly, not a one time purchase.
And they couldn’t even make 10% of their app free so we could see that the developer is at least willing to give a little instead of just take take take 100% of the time.

I’m so sick of all these apps trying to rip us off, and of the fake reviews with the blatant lies! Every single app wants to charge us weekly, monthly or yearly now, what happened to purchasing something ONCE and then it becomes yours forever?? You’re nothing but a bunch of vultures.

What did you do to it?? I can’t do anything but delete photos now. Every stupid this app app does that; I wanted one that cleans junk files. This was working fine until the last update & now there’s no junk clean & no memory clean. Too bad, I think this was the last one that wasn’t just a duplicate photo/contact this app. Now that it’s gone, I’ll have to figure something else out.

If you’re going to make an app that’s ALL about the ads, maybe also make it good so that the ads are WORTH the costumers time. I downloaded Cleaner hoping for it to work like many others that disappointed me as well. Selecting images was a ways of time because after almost every other image selected, there was an ad supposedly to be able to “select more photos” which I watched 5 ads in arrow and it still didn’t let me select more, same with deleting the pictures selected, they WEREN’T deleting. Trash. Won’t even give more information just don’t waste your time downloading it.

Cleaner was great prior to it’s most recent update. Outside of just deleting duplicates and fixing contacts, It cleaned junk files and cache, 2 things no other cleaning app on Cleaner Store could do. But that’s no longer the case since the “Clean” button is now gone. Now it’s just like every other app and I’m immensely disappointed and annoyed. I’m not sure if it’s some sort of bug or they deliberately deleted the function but there’s no longer any reason to use it(especially since it takes up so much storage in it of itself). It was good while it lasted though.

Thank you so much. I’m thrilled to have now lost all my contact information but 6 people I haven’t talked with in years. Especially all my physicians. Gee, they weren’t important at all!!! Oh and my children, grandchildren, aunts uncles cousins. They all needed to go I guess.

I’m so relieved I still have the number of the woman across the world I played a video game with 20 years ago.

And you expect people to pay $10 a month for this? The way I see it you owe me $10 an hour for all the time it’s going to take me to find them all again.

I used to really like Cleaner until the update that occurred at the end of January 2022. The “Clean” button in the pictures above is no longer present on the opening screen; there is no way to activate the cleaning process now. I sent a message to the Help Desk and never got a response from them. I paid for Cleaner on the yearly plan, and it worked for about 3 months…a disappointing waste of my money. If not repaired, I will be canceling my subscription before it renews again!

App overall is good, and I trust it since it’s made by the same folks who make desktop apps I already use & trust. But couple things are keeping me from paying to a premium ad-free version:

1.) “SPEEP” test? I first worried after seeing this that maybe this was malware itself since such an obvious and bad typo was left in.

2.) keeps crashing every time after I try to clean emails or merge contacts.

Sort out these little details and it’ll be a nice app. And you don’t have to have an ad open up every time I change screens. If this product is good, I’ll buy it and you only have to have an ad pop up every so often. Otherwise it’s just annoying and no matter how good Cleaner it starts pushing me to want to delete it and not pay for it at all.

I like Cleaner . It’s doing it’s job. I solved one problem with the alerts by reinstalling Cleaner . I purchased the ad removal option but I’m still getting the ads. What’s up with that?

Love Cleaner, however after the most recent update the clean button on the front page has disappeared and that is the main feature why I love Cleaner. The ability to clean dead files is the main reason why I love Cleaner so much

Cleaner is the best but every time I click on something I get an ad I get advertising but I don’t really want an ad when I click on a button I don’t want an ad but overall Cleaner is great

It is an overall great this app to free up some of your storage. Unlike other ones, it is free but the only little problem I have is that everytime I press something, I get an ad. Like I said, not that big of a problem but I would highly recommend this this app for your phone.

This is totally a SCAM... it does NOTHING .. don’t pay one penny. ALL the replies are exactly the same from the company... all of them.

Cleaner really does NOTHING. If you pay close attention, every time you clean your phone. No matter what it is the same results all the time. And let’s say you clean it once and want to run it again.. it won’t let you.. Cleaner is a total scam. Don’t give them your money. If you look at the replies on all the notes on here, each and every reply is exactly the same from the company.

I was getting mad finding an app that cleans my phone because they all cost money but this one didn’t ask for money but it does have a lot of ads

I must have went through no less than seven cleaning apps, and every one that had “purchases” offered ridiculous “deals” that cost a few dollars a WEEK to yearly “memberships” of over $30.
Not this little brainstorm, no siree.
I got everything I needed for the price of a banner ad and when I checked out how to clear them out, it was a single payment of about $5 in chump change.
Done.
Now I finally have an app that has an amazing number of functions and my cash went to someone who isn’t trying to take their customers for a ride.
Get Cleaner.
And if the developer reads this, let me know a way I can buy you a cup of coffee or something just for you being an honest bloke and not trying to bill me out of some ridiculously overpriced membership.

Awesome app, it’s very organized, detailed and simple to use. It’s really convenient and it shows everything. Cleaner is quick and it doesn’t take long to use. However there are so many ads.

Unlike other ones, which you had to pay for, this one is completely free and easy to use. Although on the first tries Cleaner crashed when I deleted multiple contacts, it realized its mistake and it worked the second time. Would recommend 10/10.

Okay so basically i always struggle with phone storage and Cleaner helped me so much!! I had 36% used space and I as soon as it was cleaned, I had 32% used! Cleaner is just as amazing as the Avast Clean Up!! I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. Have a nice day

This is the absolute cream of the crop in cleaning apps! Cleaner not only cleans deeply, it cleans SUPER FAST, and has an added "Boost Memory" this app on top of everything else it does! It also shows duplicate photos, email, contacts without phone numbers, etc., so that you have the option of deleting or refining all those sections as well! I'm staying with this this app FOREVER!

So like I got this game because I was close to running out of storage. It really worked it take away some of your storage. It's very good. Btw The people saying it’s bad just for subscription there is a X at the top that you can press so you don’t have to get it and then just going back to the normal screen of where you can delete photos and storage. Sorry if i did not say some things that were in Cleaner . That all it a very good app

We paid for Cleaner. & then they removed Cleaner and made a new one and then email us about the new App to download. So far good right ? Well now you have to pay again to use the complete version or your stuck with ads. Total rip off!!!

If only they fix it, it will get 5 stars

Unlike other apps this one is totally free and you don’t have to pay a penny and it will tel what you need Cleaner is a lifesaver to people that really need it.

Definitely the best “clean a virus app” I have ever seen.

It would be really appreciated if you re-consider the price, as $4.99 is really overpriced application

On the other hand, in case you need to merge 2 contact, the application gets terminated.

2. I stand corrected. Your Speed Test, the button says SPEEP instead of SPEED.

I love Cleaner it is all free the other ones I had to pay so that’s why this is so good
