How to fix Ink app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ink app on iPhone
Update Ink app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ink iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ink on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ink network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Ink app issues:

Force Stop the Ink App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Ink app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Ink to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ink App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Ink app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Ink.

Fix Ink unable to contact server/ Ink internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Ink » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Ink » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ink on android.
