I hardly write reviews for apps but I loathe BroadwayattheParamount so much that I had to leave behind a review. I Can’t download onto wallet unless I use my Apple id for BroadwayattheParamount . What if I have circumstances that doesn’t allow me to do this? I also can’t transfer to others in group. I can’t screenshot the tickets
It cannot connect to my Ticketmaster account even though my account connects just fine on the web. It’s useless so there’s no point in having BroadwayattheParamount. It does not work.
App isn’t working and won’t allow me access to my season tickets. This is really frustrating, please fix this!
Options to transfer tickets to another account are locked before the show (so no transferring to a friend if one of you is running late). Also grays out options for exchange or transfer, or even donate. Does not include any information about if this is the policy of the event, the venue, or Ticketmaster.
These should be easy things to do online.
When I click access my tickets an error pops up saying it's in the incorrect format. Please look in to this.
