The incoming txt and call works as advertised but outgoing calls does not work. There are only 3 items in FAQ and their ‘support’ seems to not work. I’ve created a ticket but heard nothing. So one crucial part doesn’t work AND they don’t seem really interested in helping their customer who has actually paid for a product.

Ended up paying twice and can’t make calls out ! I’m so sick of how long they take to respond.

I have paid for a month and it does not even work. I can’t even send a message to contact them via app to let them know it does not work. Trash

DON'T BOTHER! Used to be pretty solid. Hasn't worked since the last couple iOS updates. Just opens and crashes immediately. No tech support available. No working company email. Hasn't been updated in 2 years! The only thing that works well is their billing engine - billed me twice for the same (non functional) number. Perfect.

I cannot get any outbound calls in spite of what the software says

Had it for awhile. Just renewed annual subscription last month. now it doesn’t work, no way to contact anyone to get it corrected. I just got ripped off!

App doesn’t work. It lets you save a contact. Write a message. No ability to send, or receive anything.

My line constantly drops when making and receiving calls
I’ve been billed over and over again
No one returns emails
And their own customer service number rings busy 24/7

I think flash number is a total

Scammers use FlashNumber. They messed my phone number up. I dislike them all

I renewed my subscription, I was charged but it didn’t work. I having been emailing your customer care for 9 days no response and the subscription is counting already without me using the service. My subscription is already started but I can’t use the service.😢😢

And I’m going to refund my money back this crazy I haven’t even used it for 4 day’s i wouldn’t let me text 😡👎

After a year of working great I received a message that my subscription expired even though I never cancelled it. Started over with a new number. Could not text or use phone . No help from customer support. Apple issued a refund.

I paid for this service! In the middle of important conversations, the all decides not send text messages!

I have been using FlashNumber for a while now, it’s easy to use and is pretty affordable. But very unreliable, and when running a business that is something that is extremely important when following up with or receiving leads from marketing. Sometimes I try to call someone back and it just doesn’t dial. You can get texts from phone numbers that aren’t 10 digits. And you can’t get videos from anyone.

Also their customer service doesn’t exist.

I have new iPhone, 14. There are no notifications (that work) so lots of missed texts and calls. There are frequent call disconnects and disappearing texts. Frustrating to use! Have been emailing the company for 4 days now, no response.

I have been a customer for 14 months. Now going to cancel. Need to port my number to a second line.

Good app, sometimes messes up when you purchase a new number but works well most of the time.

Please I don't know how to get the carrier number

lt serves my purpose. I've had Flash Number for a few years now and you just pay one small flat rate. No having to watch videos or play games to earn points to make a call.  ​       

Was looking for something to help me out to protect mi personal information cause of spam and robot calls, Flash Number work perfect for what I need, Calls are clear and messages are great, Highly recommended      

I love no longer needing to worry about getting on even more robocall lists when giving my number to businesses that sell it. Works perfectly!

Only just started using it, but it works as quite a relief for making phone calls on craigslist and avoiding scammers getting my number letting it loose on scores of other scammers. Very excited to have found this out.
