Contact Dance Fitness with Jessica Support

I’ve tried for days to open the app but it just won’t open. I click the icon on my screen, it looks like it’s going to open, and then it shuts down. I’ve restarted my phone hoping that would help too but it didn’t. I’ve been on the fence for a long time about livestream and would love to try it out but one free week just isn’t enough, two weeks maybe. Working, homeschooling, and upkeep of my house is taking up a lot of time and I just want to ensure I have enough time to test out livestream to the fullest.

Update: I contacted customer support one week ago when I signed up for Livestream about this issue. I still haven’t heard back from them. I downloaded the app on my Smart Tv and try to work out in the mornings. Well that doesn’t work either. Advised customer support of this issue as well, still no response. The only way I can use “livestream” is through my phone. I would love to hear back from someone to offer some help.

I’ve followed Jessica for years and loved doing her workouts along side her. I decided to try her app and download the free trial. I wish she’d done more than a week like other companies are doing right now. With working, home schooling and such, I really was only able to try two workouts in that time. None the less, I love Jessica and I love her workouts. However, I was expecting her app to be more like the way she used to do her videos. Where she would break down a dance and then dance it with you. Don’t get me wrong, the recordings of the live steam are great but that’s not what I was looking for. I also feel like the app is super disorganized. It’s hard to find what you’re looking for. For example, I did find where she broke down a dance but then couldn’t find her actually dancing the dance to the music. Jessica is also always walking off screen or stopping in the middle of a dance. It’s Very distracting. I miss the old days of being able to pull up a dance
On Facebook and just learn it and dance it.

The app is a game changer! It works, I absolutely love dance to fit live stream with Jessica, I’m a fan of it for life! Not only do I look forward to working out every single day but I feel like I am missing something when I don’t do my dance to fit with Jessica! It is literally one of the highlights to my day and one of my ways to de-stress as a single, working mom. I love how I can take the workout with me using the app when I am away on business and when I am away on vacations. When the TV allows you to cast I can cast it easily from the app on my phone and even when it doesn’t I have propped my phone up, used a Bluetooth speaker and I have worked out even outside at the park or while my son practice at the football field. I literally can take these workouts anywhere and do them at any time!If you’re not doing live stream or using the dance to fit app you are missing out! Totally affordable and anyone can do it without judgment plus it is super fun!
