Trovo - Live Stream & Games Reviews

As a mod for a streamer I’ve been on many platforms including mixer, twitch, and now this. The site is great as a whole but when you go onto Trovo it losses connection easily and has even frozen my phone screen where I’ve had to power down and unlock the phone again to unfreeze it. There are also other factors with stuff concerning the streamers that refreshing doesn’t always update the steamers page (mana/elixir/sub button) and mods can’t do much when it comes to their job when they have to get up and go somewhere they can’t bring their desktop or maybe laptop.

I just downloaded Trovo so far it’s amazing. The quality of the live streams are good and cristal clear but there is one problem. There could only be 10 mod and I would like the developers to add at least 10 more so it can be 20 mods or at least more then 10. Others then that it’s a good app and would recommend just would like there to be at least 20 mods or more :)

Trovo has a shiny new coat of paint, but the business model is lacking in continuity. The rules are being made as they go along, and they are banning streamers without warnings. If you have in depth rules, then these need to be presented as they’re developed. Cash outs are being charged 10+%, this app 500 just took a huge hit…. If you want money, fund raise like a normal business, stop stealing the creators money with shady business practices. Good luck in your future failure this app. You have lost several dedicated streamers due to your underhanded dealings. As an app and platform you have a wonderful thing, you’ve ruined it with your financial blunders, and poor management.

I tried it out after they sponsored a streamer I follow and I ended up liking it more than twitch. Mainly, I like certain things about the UI more and just about everything feels more intuitive and responsive. It performs really well and I haven’t had any issues. I would recommend it to anyone to give it a try!

My streamer/friend came to this streaming website sense one website is getting transferred what I well not say and I use iPad so when they streamed I saw it and they were talking about mana and I said ‘where do I use mana?’ Then they said it’s right next to the emoticons so I looked and I did't see it is it because it’s not available on iOS yet or is it a bug?

When I first found out about this app I saw it as another way to support my favorite content creators, but I soon found that impossible. Every time I clicked on a stream it would become super laggy, up to a point I couldn’t watch the stream anymore. At first I figured it was a problem with the this app servers and that they would fix it soon but it has been 3 months since I first downloaded it and they still haven’t fixed the problem. I suggest you not waste your time and download a streaming app that actually works.

Alot of guessing with tapping everywhere to navigate, biggest issue is it could not find the person i was looking for "Cognificent" so i had to open his page in safari and then load it to app... also you cannot view past streams, no matter what it will say there are none when this is false.

The website most the time doesn't even work on iphone7 in desktop or mobile mode.

No matter what i cannot use this service on my device, app & site are just broken for iphone7

I’m here for Cuban but it’s a really nice app. But it has its ups and downs. Some examples of downs are not being able to sub on mobile, also streamers Need more mod slots, and the viewers need to have a clip button so we can capture funny moments. But other than that the quality is great, great layout it’s easy and fast to get used to it.

this app was an amazing app till they added an update where you can’t use this app unless you have a phone number. Unfortunately I cannot afford one so therefor I cannot use Trovo anymore. 😔

So fist the quality of the video is pristine so much better than a YouTube‘s Everything is good but could you add the feature where do you do @ and then someone’s use your name and it’s highlighted so they can see it keep up the good work

this app is still in beta at this time but I still love it I love it more than any other streaming platforms it has welcoming streamers and the people that watch a this app stream everyone is nice and kind I just love it hope it will get to the number 1 streaming platform

Even if you follow someone, they remove them from your list of who you follow and don’t allow searches to bring then up. But.. the page is still available... if you can find it. Usually you need to know who they follow to find them after they have been shadow-banned. 👎🏻 Trovo runs like crap anyway. Constantly buffering. No real loss. Other apps and web sites are avail w the same ones they censor.

I streamed on this app one time and was just doing a test stream to fix settings to prepare for actual streams. No games were played and minimal talking was done(the only word I said was test test just to make sure I had audio) so I know that stream didn’t get me banned but yet I wake up to an email saying I was banned permanently for “Inappropriate Behavior” on March 1st at 1am….. when I was asleep for work. I was hopeful that this was a Twitch alternative but I was severely wrong.

Trovo is clean and efficiently arranged for viewers. No complaints, easily a 9/10. Only reason I wouldn’t give it a 10 is because there weren’t any obvious ways to donate. I was watching CubanGrinds and typed !donate hoping I could send something but sadly got no response.

To the developers, is there a future big plan? And should I put my full trust in you guys to become a next big thing ? It’s been over a year. But this has soo much potential.

The overall experience is good but vods and clips need to be added also the option to raid or host someone would also be great and chat bots like nightbot need to be added also when I try to go to in a stream it says that I’ve joined which makes everything awkward and puts you on the spot

Trovo is great, the quality is great but one thing that i would want to come to Trovo is you can extend your sub. I’ve just subbed for 1 month and wanted to extend it but it won’t let me extend it i would if this app added this

Love Trovo so far, just would REALLY like background play added for iOS devices. I’ve been asking for this since you were Madcat....Android has this capability so I’m sure it’s coming to iOS but the sooner the better.

this app has a good community, and amazing support. Streamers are very friendly. I feel like this app has a big chance to make it big. Especially if they are continuing to add more onto Trovo .

I love Trovo I started watching it from when it was first out for testing and I love it but I don’t understand why pc games are on a mobile focused streaming that’s not bad I just don’t get it so five stars

Love Trovo , outstanding high quality streams the only thing holding it back, well for me at least Is the screen size for iPad it’s shrunk.

Trovo works very well but I only wish that there were commands in the chats of the streams
