How to fix MBPlayer app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MBPlayer app on iPhone
Update MBPlayer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MBPlayer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MBPlayer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MBPlayer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MBPlayer Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MBPlayer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MBPlayer App
1. On android, goto Settings » MBPlayer » click [Force Stop]

Update MBPlayer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MBPlayer App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MBPlayer » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MBPlayer.

Fix MBPlayer unable to contact server/ MBPlayer internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MBPlayer » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MBPlayer » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
