I saw this same issue like mine I downloaded the istb app for my iphone 12 and mac computer. I have logged in correctly and all the channels I have are listed. When I click a channel to watch, it is just a black screen. Is there a setting I'm missing? Tried reinstalling, resetting, modem off and on after 30 min. Still nothing changed. I can see list of channels and movies but nothing plays. Only black screen

I downloaded the istb app for my iphone 12 and mac computer. I have logged in correctly and all the channels I have are listed. When I click a channel to watch, it is just a black screen. Is there a setting I'm missing?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent iSTB Lite app issues:

Force Stop the iSTB Lite App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click iSTB Lite app. » click "Force Stop".

Update iSTB Lite to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iSTB Lite App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "iSTB Lite app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch iSTB Lite.
