ModernMarketOrdering isn’t an improvement. Mod markets old app wasn’t perfect, but it was decent and enabled participants to do the two essential things I would want. Order remotely and use whichever credit card I choose.

The new app doesn’t allow Discover Card which puts it w the 3% of businesses which don’t except the best card on the market.

I am so frustrated w ModernMarketOrdering and the Mod Market change.

The new app has some major bugs. When I tried to place my order, it gave me an error message to enter my phone number but there was no field for a phone number. Then I rebooted ModernMarketOrdering and tried to place the order again, but it errored again. Yet I received a notification saying that I had earned rewards points. Then I got a call from my bank saying that there was unusual activity on my card, so now I'm wondering if I was actually charged twice and still have no food. Very frustrating.

Had to enter my credit card three times since it kept kicking me back to the home page. Then had to force quit after entering my order and enter it all in again. Then when I got to the shop, they didn’t even have my order. It was in the system but apparently it didn’t alert anyone.

Not a fan of Panera, but at least their app works... next time I’m choosing, at least I know where I can order my food and count on it being ready.

They updated ModernMarketOrdering but won’t let me log in. When I try to login using my email it says the account doesn’t exist, but when I try to set up an account using the exact same email address it says the account is already taken. Sad...I like the restaurant, but their technology is really the worst. Unfortunately I won’t be frequenting the restaurant again until ModernMarketOrdering works.

I was previously in the top tier before the switch to the new (less generous) loyalty program. We were told all rewards and credits would transfer by signing into the new app. When I attempted to sign in it said no account found. Initially customer support acknowledged that some people we’re having problems and now they are saying that I will have to start over with no accounting for the rewards and credits lost. Not spending another penny with ModernMarketOrdering or company.

Love the food- it’s always great.

ModernMarketOrdering is horrendous. Extremely repetitive, hard to navigate, makes you feel like you’re doing your taxes. So many hoops to jump through, and on top of it all- ModernMarketOrdering has glitches and errors that make you restart everything. Took me 3 tried to place my order. Almost always does. I hate ModernMarketOrdering so much.

I downloaded ModernMarketOrdering twice, couldn’t get it to work, and then deleted it. I tried again today and after a couple of attempts (it hangs up during the registration process), I finally got it to work. I’ve not tried to place an order with it. I was at “True Foodie” level for probably a year or more, meaning I got my monthly $10 breakfast credit and $2 between 2 and 4. I also had a $10 credit on my account, and every bit of that is gone now. I’ve been annoyed with MM lately anyhow. My staff gave me gift cards for Christmas and no store has been able to figure out how to give me my rewards when I made purchased with gift cards. So, it might be time to be done with MM until they figure out how to get their loyalty program back in line.

Nothing worse for mobile UX than to make people enter info multiple times. After entering name,phone, and CC to register, had to do it all over again to place my first order. No Apple Pay or other options. Have to type everything out, no scanning cards. It’s 2021. You can do better.

Otherwise, this is my favorite takeout restaurant EVER. Best healthy food to go...anywhere.

I have been a regular customer for many years now and love the high quality healthy food they consistently provide.

I love your store because the food is so fresh. I always get the lemongrass tuna… What makes the best is the staff… The girls here are so friendly and genuine…

No way to search for things

Once I reach the spending limit I am always excited to receive 10$ off.

I miss the old app.

The new app continuously sends an error message after I’ve gone through the entire process of choosing my order. Sometimes it helps to load new credit card info but who wants to do that every time. So now I have to walk into the store and order when I should be able to walk in and grab my bag and go.

I still fully support Mod Market and love the food but ModernMarketOrdering issue is getting old.

I eat at MM serval times each week. It amazing how they they create healthy foods for a reasonable price. Try the Baja chicken sandwich, you won’t be disappointed.

The staff here is amazing! Manager included! They’re always super friendly and attentive. They’ve even started to remember my order and know what I want before I even tell them. I love it here so much!!!!

This one is way better than the old app. I am so happy the giant “back” button is gone that made you restart the entire ordering process.

We love the food, but ModernMarketOrdering keeps bouncing between “choose your location” to choosing pick up/curbside/delivery and back again. Can’t get out of the loop to place an order.

Used to work with iOS 15 but I recently launched it to order lunch and it crashed immediately. Uninstalled then reinstalled same problem - can’t work so I can’t order from modern market anymore

I am a regular customer of Modern Market as is my husband and we love their food. His favorite is the large farmer salad. It comes with a generous portion, of chicken and always has some wonderful fruit to add to the other ingredients. I love several of the dishes, especially the Ahi tuna. Food is always fresh and we love that it is locally grown and I believe organic. Highly recommended!

It was all good until today I placed an order and it never arrived, but ModernMarketOrdering shows delivered. Tried to call the store, but it redirect me to 3rd party delivery. Really bad experience
