How to fix Skyview app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Skyview app on iPhone
Update Skyview app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Skyview iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Skyview on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Skyview network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Skyview not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Skyview app issues:

Force Stop the Skyview App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Skyview app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Skyview to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Skyview App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Skyview app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Skyview.

Fix Skyview unable to contact server/ Skyview internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Skyview » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Skyview » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Skyview on android.
