- When on the ground the video works good but once you start flying the drone the video freezes on the app.

To resolve Contixo F16 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Contixo F16 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Contixo F16 » click [Force Stop]

Clear Contixo F16 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Contixo F16 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Contixo F16.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Contixo F16 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Contixo F16 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Contixo F16
