Garbage app - look elsewhere

This app is extremely clunky. Plug-ins don’t work with phone, the latency is horrible, and I think someone’s small toddler is updating the programming. There is no option to pay bills or monies owed on loans this bank owns through the app, this app is merely a window to your accounts….that is all. They do everything by paper, with a bank teller, at one of their “2” locations hidden around Va beach.
My loan was sold to this bank and I despise my entire experience to date and cannot wait for the day when I can never use this system again
