1 year agoI pay for RFD Now yearly. I paid the 2022-2023 subscription in May 2022. Now I have to signin to keep watching RFD? Why is this so? I call the customer support number to get help. It insist that I put in the email address and password that I used when I first started RFD. I comply and they tell me they have no record of my address??? I email asking for an email password change. No help there! Now I'm ready to cancel RFD NOW. IS THERE ANY HELP!

2 years agoHave been locked out since new security system introduced.Contacted customer service,set up new security code, code not accepted when trying to get service restored. Have called and called--have tried and tried to enter and get nowhere-- want my subscription cancelled. Refuse to pay for service not received. Thank you

Told could watch nfr on the app if you subscribe to RFDTV, subscribe and now they want you to may almost $80 to subscribe to Cowboy channel. What a waste of my money when on a budget and scrounging in these times. But do they tel you that before you subscribe to rfdtv? NO!!! Will not support RFDTV ever again. And do you think I’ll get my wasted money back? No bc people are greedy and don’t care about others struggling. So two subscriptions. Ridiculous. Not all of us can afford to go to nfr let alone can because of health conditions and be in the environment of today’s world.

Great content but functionality needs help
Great content for the handful of shows I like to watch but the app doesn’t give the user functionality to see list of their preferred shows. Every time I want to watch my weekly program I have to scroll through countless other shows to access the show I want to watch. Need to be able to mark favorites.

NFR scam
They advertised the NFR on RFD-TV only to find out after hundreds of people complained, they sent out this pathetic excuse saying it was not available on the app. If thats the case then there should have been an asterisk stating that. Other networks allow you full coverage of programming on their app. They should refund those that paid. Its a shame that an agricultural based media scams like all the others
