I paid $60 to watch my son play in Florida. One fish eye lens giving a distant view of the field and you can’t see anything going on. It doesn’t even show the score. HOW CAN I PAY $60 AND NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO SEE A SCORE?!?!?!?! And here’s the kicker!!! You can only watch it on one screen!!! I can’t share it with any other family members to watch it!!!!

They charge $50 and you spend dats trying to get information corrected... they should pay us for spending entire weekend trying to use this unfinished APP .. fail!

Paid $60 and the camera is so far away you can’t tell who is playing. Stream continually dropped and when it comes back it has skipped ahead several plays. I could go on but I think you get the idea.

I’ve seen better streams for 5th grade soccer.$60 to watch a still shot of the field between innings with no scoreboard. Brutal app all around, I’d spend the money to fly to florida to watch the game in person rather then give this company another $60.

Beware they charge $35 to watch, can’t re-watch later after the game and video is bad. Also won’t allow two people to watch on different devices at the same time.

Waste of money!!!!!!cant tell what your watching so blurry,no sound won’t even show the score board!!!!!but they want you to pay $50 for it!!!!

The EOT website listed for Phoenix said that live streaming is through Be The Beast app, but when I signed in it opened up the EOT GEM in Boise for 4/10/21 weekend. No instructions were given on how to view the Phoenix Eve. Somehow I found EIE event Be the Beast. However, I had to purchase another subscription then it said internet failure so I had to submit with my credit card again, and it finally went through. However, this is when my daughter’s game was 1/2 over. Then viewing the game it didn’t show the score & it was blurry with stripes for awhile. Then I checked my bank charges & I was charged twice. It wouldn’t let me link to my player as well. So many improvements need to be made. I want a refund. Very disappointed.

Amazing stream quality! Great to see rosters and what college coaches are watching the kids.

I just paid $50 US for a BBall tournament that I was able to see at most 25% portions of the 6 games played. 1 of the six no issues, 4 of the six the camera could not follow the play however, it was really good at following the ref while he was walking down the side of the court. The camera would focus on the basket for a free throw then drop just before the actual shot. Majority of the screen time was blank court or looking at spectators on the side. The last of the six, streaming issues with maybe 15% of the game seen. Extremely frustrating and I cannot imagine how a recruitment tape could be made based on the very limited shots of any player. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting time of my life I will never get back. Very disappointed.

I paid 50.00 to watch my daughter play at the run with the roses tournament. You couldn’t see the score, the camera didn’t even follow the action and there wasn’t any sound. The worst event streaming service I’ve ever seen.

Very poor experience with BTB Event live. Camera did not follow action on the basketball floor. Many times the action was under the basket and the camera was at mid court. Never saw a score in two games I watched. No audio at all. I would not recommend this company

Spent $50 to watch tournament Elite is Earned. Out of 6 games for team following only one game was televised. After sending many emails and no responses I’m throughly tired of their customer service.

Wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews before purchasing. Horrible app, buffering, game link not on the correct game and just plain gas station quality picture. No one responds to email concerns, so I can say customer service is no good as well.

I paid $25 and $50 for a total of $75 to have NO ACCESS TO ANY LIVE STREAM. Now they won't return calls or emails and keeping my money. These guys are fraudulent. Don't waste your money.

Just don’t. This is the absolute worst. I was finally able to pull up one of my daughter’s game going into the second set on Sunday. However, clicking on the link that was supposed to be her game, was actually a completely different game. I finally found her game after clicking on all the other games playing. When I finally found it, it just kept glitching the whole time. Also, it just cut off at 17-18 into that second set😑

So unprofessional. I paid $45 to watch once game, that wasnt even a game presented, although it was promoted as if it would be shown. Paid $45, acted like it was a favor to refund $30. When I called, then rep Shane, who refused to give last name initial or supervisor, said he was the same rank as sean who's name was in the main page. Don't waste your money or time with this company. Appears to be a couple of high guys that do not cover a fraction of what they pretend and do not care about customers, at all. Guess I had to play $15 to be told they would not cover the program in paid for.. $15 is turning into a fraction of my life that is due compensation
