I have redownloaded this thing 10 times. I spent a lot of money for crossover tickets this weekend. Apparently I need NBAEvents to get in. However, every time I click the button to see my tickets, NBAEvents automatically closes. I followed the instructions, got the link in my email, and then it does this. Hope they get it to work by Friday!

I was excited to use NBAEvents , but I have not been able to access my Crossover tickets that I bought. There was an update today that was supposed to fix that, but I still can’t access them. Everytime I try, NBAEvents shuts down. Wasting time trying to figure out how I’m going to get them now- the event is 2 days always.

Bought tickets that were supposed to be delivered to NBAEvents in February, and there is no link to login or otherwise access tickets! No number to call for help, and the email responses to online contact only send a link to download NBAEvents , after telling them that I already have it and it doesn’t work, sheesh!

I downloaded NBAEvents because my tickets to the all star events are suppose to be located there but I don’t see them or anywhere to be able to log in.

This is an amazing app! Was very helpful during the weekend. Wish there was an app this detailed for everything I do. The fan pass game was also a great touch.
