Paid $50.00 to live stream the Run 4 The Roses Classic hoping to see five games over the Sunday Monday and Tuesday time frame, unfortunately I did not get to see any of the games. The live stream kept shutting down with ERROR CODE ; 232011. Unable to contact any support team. Every disappointed.

I used this streaming during a spring tournament and when it was over I never felt so ripped off. Cameras were fish eye, corners on each court were not visible. No scores or clocks. Cameras would turn away from free throws and go to the opposite side where no players were. Should have learned. I am trying to watch the tournament run for the roses 7/6-7/8 with the same problems as before. your price is way to much for this kind of service. I would like a refund but I'm sure that wont happen. I just will not use the service anymore and i will warn other parents to not waste their time or money.

Paid for a weekend of basketball my son is playing in and the first night, consist buffering, the next day, NOTHING AT ALL...I would like my money back!

Yet another problem live streaming with your company. You had one job, stream the game. That is what your company does and you can’t get it done. You take peoples money and have no live help to resolve on-site problems. I had to search the internet for this number (424) 236-0477 called, no answer. Texted, no response. Way to let your customers down! Hopefully, someone tech savvy is creating a better platform for tournaments to use instead of this nonsense. You’re stealing peoples money!

Sorry to post, but extremely Frustrating and wasted time and $$. Tried to watch Volleyball from home while daughter was in Kansas at the 2023 Nat'l Show Me Qualifier, this weekend 4/1-4/3 2023. Constant glitchly coverage or an Error code/Video cannot be played on multiple devices. Blurry! Even the team closest to the cameras you can't see their jersey #s. How would any Coach know who to look for? Poor quality footage from Fish-eye cameras and set up so the scores cannot be seen with the snippets we were able to see. Tried looking up customer support # to only get 404 Error Codes also. We would have been better to just have a team Manager live stream from their personal phone.

In regard to the volleyball tournament in Kansas City April1-3 Show Me Qualifier the camara on Court 25, April 2nd at 2:30 did not stream any of the match the whole- time error code (232404 could not load video) displayed. All of the matches I am scheduled to watch today are on Court 25. Please have your staff located at the event look into this issue.

I can't believe you can sell something to the public like a streaming service that you can't stream!!! Never in my life have I ever got taken by a company that has no way to complain to anyone about the problems we are having!!! NO PICTURE!!! NO VOLUME!!! OUT OF FOCUS!!!! Many other things but it doesn't matter!! They complain to the FCC when people steal the signal for DISH and DIRECT TV as far as I am concerned you people are stealing from the public!!! Your service sucks and you should refund peoples $$$$ to them immediately!!! Me also!!!

We wanted to watch our granddaughter play volleyball, paid the $50 for watching but wasn’t able to see scores at all. We have smaller events that we pay to watch and they have scores on top of the page, of every court. No problem paying for watching but you guys need to get scores available to see. Not fun not to know what the score is and asking people at event to message us updates. This should be an automatic when paying that kind of money to watch games. Figure this out, I see I’m not the only one complaining about it. It would be greatly appreciated by many.

Paid $50 to watch my granddaughter play volleyball at the 2023MLK kickoff challenge. Firs day of the tournament the cameras were not working. Second and third days the camera position was so poor, never got to see her play. Total Ripoff!

I need my money back!!!! I paid $54 something and could have watched NINE games that my daughter played but only got to watch half of ONE because it was not streamed!!!!! What in the actualy hell??? I need a full refund. I emailed minutes after I purchased the terrible app on Saturday, January 14, 2023 about a full refund and have not heard a thing....I need to be contacted STAT!!!! My number is 501.517.0309. I want my full money back.. Worst app in the history of streaming!!! Contact me STAT!

That was the worst joke of a broadcast I could possibly imagine - and for $25.00!!!!!!!!!!! I'm talking about the North Shore Classic. What sort of fools did you have setting up and running the cameras? One angle (and you never know which one you're going to get) is wider than the entire court, and the idiot keeps panning so you lose plays over and over! The other (how lucky can I be that somehow it suddenly switched) looked like a GoPro fisheye lens, distorting everything, and another operator who can't keep his eye on the game! And can't you keep a consistent stream??????? What a RIPOFF!!!!!

Streaming College ball in Davenport Florida from KCMO. Paid $60 and there is no sound...stinks since there is no scoreboard either. BTB should state no audio prior to purchase and customer expectations. Sound bleeps on rare occasion. This is not weather related nor human error. Disappointed.

My husband paid $40 to watch a game and the game he picked only showed the first half of the game we played in Indiana at pacers athletic Emerge elite 2023 just wondering how to get a refund
