Designs is awful! With a poor interface and very limited. It looks like was made for someone is learning how to programming. We can’t do anything on it! I already canceled my subscription! Terrible!!

I paid the 29.99 for use yet I can’t use it. It keeps prompting me to purchase and when I go to the apple store you want me to pay another year to use the program I’ve already paid for. Tried removing app and re downloading no help. A response to my email on how to proceed would be great. I’ve paid for something I can’t use and wouldn’t have purchased it if it wasn’t needed.
