They ripped me off money when I put the wrong account numbers and my transfer never went through. They claim the other bank confirmed it went through but it isn’t even possible when it isn’t an account that accepts transfers at all. It was a Varo Believe which is a credit account and it is for me to transfer from my Varo account only. They took my money and just keep hanging up on me. They won’t even let me speak to a supervisor. My son and I have Covid and they took the last money I had. Very unprofessional and absolutely no investigation was done. They can’t tell me who they supposedly talked to at Varo and Varo says nobody contacted them concerning my accounts at all. How can you do this to people

This app places $360 on my card today, used the card for $15 and now checked it an hour later as i need the card again, and the money was gone, clicked “contact customer support” i was told that the pay roll for my company is who i had to call, they leave at 5pm, how are they going to add and then take money away from me when noone is even at the company?? On top of the person i spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, i tend to have A LOT of issues with this card and company, business owners: if you care about your employees, DO NOT use this horrible company.

This company is a mess! When u need answers or help with anything I have to call multiple times. I get different answers from everyone I talk to, which makes me nervous since I am uploading my pay to the card. I think it's just better to close out the card as a whole. I don't want to put my money into something I can't trust.
