- I, as do many users, constantly have to reset my aids by opening and closing.
- Some app developers reply to reviews so I know it can be done.
- These HA’s have some good aspects; Lucidshape is great, but I get tired of resetting every hour or so.
- Also, if I sweat the least amount they quit until I dry them out.
- I wish they were waterproof.
- It’s useless.
- You set the volume and it will change randomly by itself.
- This happens to the other settings also.
Keeps changing volume on it own and connecting issues
Trying to use music mode on my hearing aids. The left side lets me know it is in music mode but the right side does not. I have an android phone with the latest software. I have the Liberty A32 thanks
I have Lucid hearing aids, about 6 months old. I have been using the Lucid app successfully. My android phone received a Lucid app update which I installed. Since then the app won't load. It just keeps swirling, for days and won't open. Don Bouchard don@redacted
My second replacement hearing aids, expensive, chirp just like the first expensive pair. The chirping can be heard from the outside. This is not acceptable.
The new app just keeps spinning and trying to connect to a charging stand I don't have. It won't let me skip that. Totally useless "improved" app. I have a Galaxy S10 Android phone.

The was just down loaded today. I understand that I can control the sound by the app for each hearing aid. But when my phone isn’t near me and I won’t to turn down/up the sound in one hearing aid they both change. How do I do that without using my phone?
My right ear piece will not charge no matter how long I keep it in the recharge box

3 week old Engage units having difficulty with the app connecting and functioning on an android S20. Was told by customer service that Lucid does have an Android problem and an update is forth coming within the next 30 days.
I have Lucid HA's and when connecting to Pixel 6a , the app keeps acting as if it has not connected even if connected. Only way to stop is to un install app again and gain:( It seems that from other comments not much help out there
Have Lucid hearing aids, using iPhone 13, When I get a text or phone call , Lucid shape goes flat and I have to adjust the settings again. Please advise. Fixed the disconnect problem but Different frequencies seem to adjust the lucid shape and you have to keep resetting it. It does not hold its settings.
Having trouble with both hearing aids connecting. Neither hearing aid will connect to the phone (Samsung s22). Right now the right hearing aid is not connected, put in a new battery, still not connected. When I get a call, I cannot hear the calling party unless I use the speaker phone setting. When I turn off the hearing aids they do not disconnect from the phone and I cannot hear the calling party. I suspect it is a S22 issue, but would value your input.
Right channel randomly cuts out but restores after turning hearing aid off and back on. I deleted and reinstalled the app. This solved problem but only for a few minutes. Please help.
The left hearing aid is saying low battery even though the battery is new and if I took the battery and put it in the right aid it works until the battery is finished. It even closed down and it's not in the app on the Bluetooth that's the left one only I'm talking about the right one is OK. I'm living in Jamaica and I bought. it in Colorado in January so I have a problem changing or fixing it. Please help me with the best possible solution .
Had hearing aids four days and Lucid app "Programs" stopped displaying. Volume, Audio EQ, Lucid Shape and Settings work. The Programs worked three days to start but now is just blank.
Lucid app sometimes only shows andriod streaming. The other programs, wind noise, noisy, music etc. aren't listed.

Extraneous noise when touching/controling android phone. Increasingly loud static sound that then suddenly cuts off. Gets worse the higher the ambient noise, e.g. road noise. Barely noticeable in quite environments.
I have had my Lucid hearing aids a little over a year. I am starting to have issues with them. The right one is the one giving the most trouble. It will randomly change volume, and program on its own. Sometimes once a week sometimes daily and sometimes every 2 minutes. It will also pair and unpair on its own as well. During this email it has changed from lucid to wind noise 5 times!!! Left is not as often but will act up occasionally too. Please advise
