The worse experience ever, don’t even think about it, at the start they were amazing but by time they turned to a ripping company, they were having an amazing option while you can pause your long lease term at any time and later you can continue at any time, they’ve canceled this option without any prior information for their subscribed clients, at the time of returning my car they’ve charged for a full month while I’ve used the car for 3 days out of the month, and they’ve also charged me as a monthly rate after 8 months renting the car, this total fraud and it’s a ripping company. Rented for one month, they double billed me! Now want 14 days to return my money. My friend was the same. First of all this is third party you don’t rent from them they have offers from local rental car companies. Unfortunately they don’t care if companies or legit or good and you don’t have choice of which car company you prefer. Company(Lumi) that I got was supposed to bring car by noon they showed at 8pm. Lied about type car and mileage, had slow tire leak, and damage all over. Was due service in 200km and wanted me to take to their mechanic (I never did). Renter beware!!!!

The first month we rented it was easy and we were quite happy. But then we decided to save some money and choose a less expensive car. Instead we received a dirty car the first round, the company confirming drop off time and not showing up. I gave my “feedback” to this app and they said they will try to take it back to the team. We won’t use the services again, if I want to be disappointed by car renting services will do it the old fashioned way.

They try to say they gave an upgrade, not sure what the upgrade was that I received.

I’ve had invygo on my phone a long time, and the one time I needed it when in between cars, it wouldn’t work (nothing happens after you put your city and press “see the cars”). From other reviews it looks like they were doing great when they first launched a couple of years ago then satisfaction tanked, probably ran out of VC money or discovered that the business model doesn’t work. Too good to be true.

invygo has completely changed my car renting experience! I would highly recommend it. Renting a car via invygo is as easy as ordering an Uber! And this is not an exaggeration.
Great to see such products in the making!

invygo had a very seamless process to book a car. The car was in a perfect condition and the price very reasonable for the car. Loved the experience and would use invygo again to book a car.

They won't rent you a car if you don't have a UAE drivers license and won't make this clear through the booking process (but happily take your personal and credit card information). Very slow response to customer queries. Cancelled my booking after waiting for 4 days (no rejection from their side, they just make you wait 'pending') and deleted my account straight away.

I was between cars and all I could think of is the hassle I was going to go through buying a new one. Besides insurance and financing, the lines at registration alone give me nightmares.

For anyone who needs a car with no hassle or commitment I highly recommend.

Great simple and straight forward experience. Staff was very helpful with issues I faced. Won’t be using any other car rental platform thanks to them.

invygo is terrible! There is a total lack of transparency, they scheduled my car delivery for 26 Dec but no car ever showed up! They took the money from my account so I tried to contact them and their support is just automated bots with generic answers. No way to get a hold of them to speak to a person. I have no car and I have been charged. This is actual robbery

I sent a referral link to my friend who had never installed your app and she did not get the 200 in her wallet! Spoke with customer service and they do not resolve the situation. Huge disappointment and inconvenience.
No one cared to resolve this after sending messages and calling

I like the idea, this is the future of car dealing industry.
It’s just a peace of mind for car rental customers.

They brought me a car that didn’t work on first start. When I contacted customer support, they said they would contact me in 3-5 days. I need the car now. Run away from these monstrously unprofessional scam artists.

Nothing special about invygo compared to any other monthly car leasing company in Dubai. Promo images shows Audi and BMW cars for rent at under AED1000 a month (under AED500 actually), cheapest Nissan Micra is over Dhs1500p.m.. Whats the point of invygo ?

Amazing app and easy to use

They take money for salik/fines/incidentals before they send you an invoice. If you are a person who pays attention to your bills, this will drive you crazy

Please write out in block letters that invygo doesn’t work in the USA and is only available for a specific market or make it not show up for US users.

Could not sign up. Used a US number, didn’t get the text. Looped forever with no end.

Don’t bother signing up for this. No cars available outside of Middle East.
