They broke AtlasSecuritas . Can’t manually add barcodes. Camera scanner distance is garbage. After you tag devices it brings you back to the top of the screen, not where you left off. Works better than Astea and SolomanWebServices, that’s not saying much.
Unfortunately this program appears poorly written and executed. The buggy outdated design lacks a number of important features and content beneficial to project managers and field technicians.
Crashes when barcoding and randomly crashes
My company was bought out in December by SES,App doesn’t work the way it was supposed to I’m unable to input times into AtlasSecuritas there’s never a scope of work there is no notes half the time AtlasSecuritas doesn’t work currently I’m not assigned to any active role in AtlasSecuritas so I can’t see any of the schedule.cfin never saves and currently is giving an error.
My company was bought by SES in December. Are use AtlasSecuritas for installs and it does not work like it is designed too, at least for me and our other techs as well. If I start a job, four hours later it will kick me out and say I have to click in route again and then start the job all over. AtlasSecuritas is also supposed to transfer my time over to our time tracker and it also does not do that. There is no scope of work or labor hours or documentation that I can see on my jobs. It also just gives me an address not a city and state so I don’t know when I need to leave my house in the morning.The CFIN portion also does not work as well. I shouldn’t have to do all of this extra work that AtlasSecuritas is designed to do.
Still not perfect, but soooo much better with the recent updates. Assigned jobs now populate and they fixed the scanner for asset tagging. Hopefully they continue to improve it.
