So if you work for an owner who is being bought out (so two companies kinda) they will rob every check you have. It’s been 8 days since they took $200 extra from me, and nothing letting me know when it’ll release.
I borrowed $200 from my check, but because I get two checks they took $410 from me. I got paid last Friday, they deducted last Thursday. And if you actually speak to somebody they’ll tell you they see it, you just have to wait on the system to give you it back. This isn’t the first time, I know it won’t be the last, but the employees working here don’t help you if you actually have issues. Oh that’s how our app is soooo you just have to wait. Apparently they have no control and ZayZoon controls all. Great intelligent team there.

Like I’m not mad, but the last time I inquired about my missing finances they were absolutely no help. So just know if you use this and you over pay, you will not be getting it right back right away. It will be on their time

Don’t waste your time. More frustration than they’re worth. Falsely claim that they have live customer service at certain hours, they absolutely do not. They use a chat bot which you are not able to just freely message. They give you a topic you can choose to read an article about, you can not email them, they have no phone number, you just let the bot know you need them to contact you, which they do, DAYS later, with an unhelpful and stupid answer. I wish my employer had Dailypay. this app is absolutely lame and I disabled my account.

Very frustrated with this app and it's not just ZayZoon it's the website to, I addressed the issue with my boss about ZayZoon and online saying I had 0$ and needed at least 20$ before i could make a payout, and despite working my full amount of hours for a week it hasn't changed at all, i've addressed it and asked coworkers about it and they have the same issue. What is the point of having something like this if it's not going to work properly and won't do as intended.

The company says you have access to your already earned money but that is not accurate. They only give you access to money based off of your previous paycheck. Our company switched from daily pay (which actually did give you access to your earned money the next day) to this company that serves no purpose for the millions of healthcare workers who work prn. Unless you work a full time schedule and your checks are the same working prn. This was such a waste of time to download and set up, I am so disappointed. I work one shift last pay but so far worked 4 shifts this current payroll and it says I have $18 in the account lol. I’m a nurse, I’ve earned more then $18 in 4 shifts. Don’t waste your time with ZayZoon if you work prn.

The first two weeks of using this company was pretty good until one time it didn't register my hours. I thought "oh well. Let me contact these people " DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE especially if you are in a hurry. They claim the customer service hours are 10-10 est but i don't get a response until the next day. This has happened on multiple occasions. Then because they mess up on their end, now YOU have to pay them for them not properly deducting from your account. After two months of using ZayZoon , I have contacted them to delete my account...let's see how long it takes. There's no phone number and the "csr" are definitely bots. -10/10 stars if I could

I was use ZayZoon because my work informed me of it will. The one time I really needed because I was short a few bucks so I asked to use what I had available which was 189 the subtracted that from what I had for a bill then but it right back in there like it never happened so I never got my 189$ that was available to be on ZayZoon. Because they took my money I had available on my account out then put it back in. So in all honesty I wouldn’t want to use ZayZoon you can’t talk to and actually person it’s all on chat. I would just honestly ask your work for an advancement if you can instead of using a third party app.

I was so excited to use this just to find out it is not like daily pay at all you don’t have access to your daily earnings after you work.
Their title is misleading they go by your previous paycheck to determine if you can withdraw money not by how many hours worked. I will definitely talk to my boss at our company about switching over to daily pay because this app is not as described at all. I will actually be deleting my account.

Since I Got ZayZoon It’s Been Trouble. It’s Not Daily Pay Instead Goes By Your Last Pay Check, & If Your Last Check Just So Happens To Be Holiday Pay You Won’t Be Able To Pull Out Until After Your Next Check. The Support Is Useless Never Actually Answers Questions Just Keep Repeating The Same Thing. Then Not To Mention They Don't Even Have A Number To Call To If Your Having Issues & Support Doesn’t Help You Your Just Gonna Be Confused. They Have No Problem Taking Your Money But It’s Always A Issue To Pull Out Money. What’s The Point Of Having ZayZoon If You Cant Actually Access Your Wages When You Need Them ? They Need To Advertise The Real

Good luck getting an update trying to change jobs. All you get is an automated system asking you the same question over and over again. The phone number doesn’t work. The only way to delete an account is by talking to a non-responsive machine. The only way to change your job is to completely delete your accounts, which by the way, they won’t answer emails to do so. So basically it’s a dead app, I suggest go to DailyPay. At least the people will help you

I had taken a few advances, at first everything was fine, then they would randomly not allow advances stating that our accounting dept. won’t allow the full amount to be garnished from our paychecks. Except they had withdrawn more before. Their customer service is atrocious and when given an email from our accounting dept stating that this app had only requested the amount withdrawn and no more, customer service responded by saying tough luck. Literally. This may seem like a convenience, but it will come back to bite you. Do not trust this company

Customer service should really understand their own “service”. Asked about paying overdue balance with credit card. One said no. While another said I could. When trying to pay said balance, it states it will be deducted from next check. Even still I had more than enough from current check to pay entire payouts amount. Stupid app with stupid people.

There should be a fee-free option to send an amount to a bank account/willing to wait 1-2 business days, as DailyPay offers, $5 fees are also a bit extreme when your competitors only charge $2.99 per withdrawal, both issues I will bring to my employer so they know of other companies that allow us to receive an amount more realistic to our wages and don’t charge us as much to receive.

I really don’t know what my employer was smoking when they signed us up for this thing because, all around, the experience has been terrible. You sign up, put all your info in and even after it verifies your employment and identity they still deny your payout. So how does this thing track hours? Does my employer enter it? Me? What? It seems that everybody I talk to regarding ZayZoon, it’s the other party’s problem.

Plus, by the looks of it, it charges you 5 dollars for each payout. What a rip. That’s like Vanilla, Chime, etc charging you for depositing at a Walgreens because they don’t have atm. The whole process is just so cheesy and contains too many extra steps. People, this is why I usually stay away from online banking and things of this nature. These services are usually VERY lackadaisical on customer service and responding to inquiries

Easy to use-BUT WATCH OUT!!! They don’t take as much as they give you come settle up on pay day. They’ll give you 400, but will only take out part of it on pay day. Eventually locking the ability to get any more till you pay them back manually. If they’d actually give me the 400, then really take out the whole 400 on payday- I wouldn’t have any complaints. When my husband asks “how much will we owe this app on payday?”? I have to say “I have NO flippin idea” cuz what they take out is a COMPLETE mystery every time. Would love to know why…. They just say “SORRY some payments were missed” but not to worry, you can pay us on any credit card you have”. Kinda defeats the purpose of GET A PAYOUT AND WE’LL TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR PAYCHECK doesn’t it?

Easy money (that I’ve already worked for…) ZayZoon is simple and straight forward for my needs. I don’t mind paying $5 for an instant deposit to my debit card since it would be $5 as well for a deposit to my bank account the next day. It’d be nice if the next day deposit was less than the debit card deposit or based on a percentage of the payout or something. Very close to five stars, thanks for a very good service.

ZayZoon has helped me make it through the pay period. It’s not fake. No scam. I have had bus money to get to work, money for lunch and also helped me pay my cell phone bill. Great app. Better than Earnin, Dave etc in my opinion. Easy to sign up and receive payout instantly.

This is my 2nd job that uses this app. I was surprised to see my new job had this feature too. It is so great especially when you need gas ti get back and forth to work and can’t wait 2 weeks for a check. It’s so easy and so fast. The reps always help you if an issue does come up which it rarely does. ZayZoon is everything 🙏

this app has helped me out financially when it seemed no body else would I mean yes I am an adult and I have to rely on my self but from time to time we all could use a helping hand and all I’m saying is this app has been there for me and I know they would do the same for you also I only have to pay 5$ in interest that’s amazing all by it’s self ty this app

As long as you work your hours you will have some money available, for me ZayZoon is a godsend as I have things pop up daily and bills out of schedule so it helps me stay current with bills!

This is the most horrible excuse for a early payday app they charge you 5 dollars every time and the estimate what you make a day witch is ridiculous for example they say I make 38 a day witch I make 15 an hr and work 7-12 hours a day they are they sixth Reich and definitely making a killing I wouldn’t suggest ZayZoon to my enemy they should be charged with extortion
