Very nice to use. Very user friendly. Would like to be able to see more detail if want for my bill pay. Have several different electric meters and would be nice to be able to see more details so make sure am paying correct one
I love this new update. Only issues I’ve found are accounts are too easily removed from the dashboard. No big deal tho because you can just message to have the issue corrected. The second issue is in the transactions, it would be great to be able to choose to see just one account instead of all. Overall SMB’s new app is just as good as the bank and people who work there.
I’ve been with SMB for about four years, I’ve been with any other banks. In my opinion SMB is hands down the best in the area.Every interaction I’ve ever had with them professional they’re nice, especially the ladies at the Customer Service Center which is local and they always answer and handle anything I need help with immediately. I’ve had one negative experience with SMB and that was with some extremely rude blonde womanAt the SMB location on 32nd St. and Connecticut ( or Indiana?). I walked in I needed something notarized and she treated me like I was just a piece of garbage, if I wasn’t given her any reason I would understand this lady was just horrible what happened about two months ago and obviously it’s stuck with me so I hope someone reads this in notes and that person is estimating help that person with their attitude. I besides this one person who I dealt with every single other person at SMB has been perfect. I’ll bank here forever. Also SouthwestMissouriBankSMB is near flawless.
