I never had an issue with live streaming races. Started about two months ago . During a race 99% of the time the video screen either locks up or blurry out. Race normally starts out fine but deteriorates during or near the end of a race. Operating Apple IPad, IMAC and IPhone 8. I OS 11.3.1. I have been a customer for years without video issue, now support gives me all of these responses such as use the logout button, clear your history. This is not the issue. Something occurred with either the last updated app and or compatibility with iOS 11.3.1. It is getting frustrating to watch a race through the top of the stretch to have it freeze. Sometimes it comes back sometimes it does not.

I experienced the same difficulty. Go into results and hit the last race. You will be able to get back into the video.

Every so often I’ll get a Geolocation issue that my location cannot be confirmed even though my phone is set at precise location. And suddenly I am unable to use the notifications. Deleted 4NJBets and re-downloaded it but still doesn’t show up under my notification settings or provide a “allow notifications” option within 4NJBets .

4NJBets is the worst for live streaming. Always the same pattern. Works well the beginning of race but gets blurry and freezes up or goes black screen at the end of the race. It’s like who cares about the beginning of the race we want to see the end of the race. Nothing like having money in a race and not knowing what happens at the end and having to wait until it’s official. Get your act together.

Nearly every race either freezes soon after the start or buffers and blurs. Rarely see a race from gate to wire. I am quite close to my WiFi signal and it is strong.

What is being done about this?!

Had fun though win lose I love tvg. Better than Obamacare.

Tried to put $50 in my account with a prepaid debit card. They deducted the money then refused the card. I am out $50 and when I contact them to try to resolve they just repeat the same line multiple times. Best to stay away. Only giving one star because zero stars is not an option

This update does not make it easier to bet...

Please put it back.. Don’t turn into the Weather Channel app and destroy a perfectly working solution to people’s entertainment.

When you have the this app app open and switch to another app. The screen goes black and you have to restart The this app app.

Times out and loses connection frequently. Would be a great app if it was more reliable.

Font size is too small and too light.

The worst app ever. Not compatible on an iPhone at all. While your trying to make a bet screen goes solid blue or solid white. Race videos always freeze half way through the race. It’s a shame TVG always trying to promote 4NJBets . Bring back bookies.

I am sick and tired to call TVG or log in the long way to TVG internet site to cash in your latest promotions, get with the program.

Blacks out on my screen 3-4x a day causing me to delete and re-install app on a constant basis.

They charge too much for deposits

Doesn’t recognize my email and can only talk to an Ai bot.

I don't understand why if it's a last race at whichever track, I cannot click the play button to watch the race once it has started. I either have to hope tvg is airing it on tv or go onto my computer. I love using 4NJBets but that drives me nuts. Every single race, if its the last race and that race has started you cannot watch it, you have to wait to see the results.
