Bad explanation upfront.

This whole idea sounded great for me, and exactly what I was looking for. Since I am for work multiple months in Germany, and my residence is in the US. For this, I needed a local phone number for the time being. I did not want to get a “pre paid” card, where I physically had to replace my SIM, so the option for e-SIM was what triggered me to open an account with Fraenk. I entered my details, submitted a picture of my European passport , and enter my US address, since I did not want to lie about that. Now the activation is not taking place, since it says I need a German residence. It would be nice you explain the details upfront before someone would go through the process of entering all the data, and then to find out is is not possible.
