On April. 13 2026 at 3:45 pm I was driving southbound on Southfield Freeway at Roosevelt Rd. when a Smart bus #38064 carelessly cut me off out of my lane. I had 2 young kids in the car that I picked up from grade school. The upcoming traffic light turned red and the smart bus was next to me. I glanced over to see who this person was. She yells out her window to me "what are you looking at ass hole? I said, you. She says fck you and gives me the middle finger. This type of road rage should not be tolerated and addressed with disciplinary action to prevent this or worse from ever happening. The driver was a 23-30 yr old black female.

I have travelled from goa to Bangalore on 16th October 2022 on a sleeper coach. They have changed me 2900 rupees saying fully air suspension luxury smart bus with separate cabin, attached bath and Wi-Fi, I was shocked to see when I get in the bus, it was below average, no cabin, no attached bathroom and no Wi-Fi. There was a common bathroom which was closed and the entire bus was stinking. And it’s not fully air suspension, I took a picture of the suspension, the engine and A/C was very noisy. I had no sleep in this bus. The hotel they have stopped was very pathetic you don’t even feel sitting in it forget about eating and they have stopped at a roadside restroom in the morning for which I don’t have words to say! My co passenger was charged 1400, but I am charged 2900 rupees. Which is unethical and it’s not worth. This is the first and last travel in this bus🙏

Last moment cancels & not passenger centric

Play dirty tricks… Last moment they said bus got cancelled and put us on last seats in the next bus… I realised that this was what they do when we booked the return journey and another Co passenger had same arguments with the captain….

This was not all on 30th April 2023 our return trip the bus broke down at colvale and we couldn’t proceed… Bus was got back to Mapusa… All passagers were asked to off board the bus at 12 midnight… No alternate arrangements were made… All passagers(ladies and small kids, other passengers)were left high and dry… The intra city officials were not picking calls… Had a horrible experience, would not recommend #intracity anymore….

The Bus was not cleaned. There was no captain associated with the Bus to call for any queries. The Boarding point google map provided from Intercity was different from the stoping point by Bus driver and he was not accountable when asked. There were no pillows provided considering 12 hrs journey it’s a basic sense to provide pillows for long journey.
Only the Bus is named smart bus in no way it’s smart. It was a overall worst experience.
