Worst driving

Last moment changed the Boarding location.
Bus breakdown & dropping location delayed by 2hours.
Due to this delay we missed our important meeting schedule & meet ups.

Need to take very strict action on this point.

Worst bus service. Very slow and the bus broke down in the middle of the journey. Stopped the bus and A/c in the middle of nowhere. Strangled the passengers.

Play dirty tricks… Last moment they said bus got cancelled and put us on last seats in the next bus… I realised that this was what they do when we booked the return journey and another Co passenger had same arguments with the captain….

This was not all on 30th April 2023 our return trip the bus broke down at colvale and we couldn’t proceed… Bus was got back to Mapusa… All passagers were asked to off board the bus at 12 midnight… No alternate arrangements were made… All passagers(ladies and small kids, other passengers)were left high and dry… The intra city officials were not picking calls… Had a horrible experience, would not recommend #intracity anymore….

The Bus was not cleaned. There was no captain associated with the Bus to call for any queries. The Boarding point google map provided from Intercity was different from the stoping point by Bus driver and he was not accountable when asked. There were no pillows provided considering 12 hrs journey it’s a basic sense to provide pillows for long journey.
Only the Bus is named smart bus in no way it’s smart. It was a overall worst experience.

Washroom water leaks, baggage in trunk is getting wet.
This happened with me twice even second time I told person to keep such that it won’t happen this time.

No courtesy towards customers/passengers and no proper information provided by the bus captains, no courtesy call by the captains in case of late arrival to the boarding point and no update on live gps location and estimated arrival.

I have travelled from goa to Bangalore on 16th October 2022 on a sleeper coach. They have changed me 2900 rupees saying fully air suspension luxury smart bus with separate cabin, attached bath and Wi-Fi, I was shocked to see when I get in the bus, it was below average, no cabin, no attached bathroom and no Wi-Fi. There was a common bathroom which was closed and the entire bus was stinking. And it’s not fully air suspension, I took a picture of the suspension, the engine and A/C was very noisy. I had no sleep in this bus. The hotel they have stopped was very pathetic you don’t even feel sitting in it forget about eating and they have stopped at a roadside restroom in the morning for which I don’t have words to say! My co passenger was charged 1400, but I am charged 2900 rupees. Which is unethical and it’s not worth. This is the first and last travel in this bus🙏

I could not locate the Boarding point to get on the bus. I searched for an hour as per the link sent to me but still could not find the spot. I could not travel. I had to buy fare and travel on another company’s bus.

Tickets are being cancelled last minute and they give you rebooking option with uncomfortable sleeper seat without refunding adjusted amount, if you opt out, it will be difficult to book outside as ticket price would be very high at that time? I booked lower berth seat, they canceled and booked first upper seat which usually looks like cage, they also price it way higher than normal, up to 3 thousand, don’t fall for for the toilets available inside the bus !!! Drivers drive like auto driver, it’s not a smooth travel , also some seats plug board won’t work, so charge up your phone before travel

My mom traveled from Vijayawada to Bangalore. Well maintained bus and very friendly and helpful staff and helped my mom to get down at the right place.

Nice trip. We came from America for vacation after 2years. Everyone suggested intrcity bus aervice. So tried. Really very nice trip. Very excellent ataff support. No rash driving. We had a peaceful trip. My kids enjoyed lot.

Hi, This was my first time experience with kids in sleeper bus..kids felt so happy by seeing very neat environment in bus. They felt so excited. It was an awesome experience. People are very friendly, respectful and caring. Thank you so much for giving…such a nice memory with kids🙏

Have been using Volvos to Manali for several years now. Nice to see it getting more organized and service oriented now. Appreciated the improved professional aspects of a bus captain, though he seemed a little inexperienced but got the boarding done well. Not happy that the bus was very old and seats a little worn out from use. Just repainting the bus does not improve its interiors. But good journey overall. Use of masks was not a priority for the staff, but who’s complaining anyway these days.

I enjoyed traveling with intercity- well maintained, super clean & sanitized, hospitable staff & on time guaranteed. Safe & Happy Journey 👌
