My libyana stoped working a few months ago , after I login it Disappears on screen, something may it be flaw to stay working.

Frankly it seems like a god forsaken app, You can only log in, You literally can’t sign up.

Firstly it took almost 40mins to download on 4G on your network ‘libyana’ and after wasting my time it seems i have also wasted my gigabytes because I can’t even log in somehow.
WASTE Of TIME! It’s a shame a multimillion probably billion dollar communication company can’t even make a good app,very sad and disappointed...!

I can’t say it’s good while I am not using my SIM card now, my SIM card is closed now and the ppl can’t reach me, there is no connection “ no service “ in my region and all of the ppl tried to contact the company and it’s like someone is digging in the sea
The connection gives no service exactly when we arrive to the airport bridge, it’s been months now trying contact the company for the same issue
We all switched to Almadar now

الي حد الان البرنامج كويس ما يشكي من شي خلال تجربة بسيطة.
البرنامج يحتاج بعض التعديلات على واجهة الأيقونة لتكون أكثر انسيابية ومتناسقة معه باقي البرامج و كذلك يحتاج إلى تحسين واجهة البرنامج من حيث سلاسة التنقل و أيضا يمكنكم تقليل من مساحة الخيارات حتى يتسنى لكم وضع مقايس للرصيد و قيقات متوفرة أو حتى عداد للعروض الشهرية، و أقتراح شخصي ان تقوموا بإضافة حسابات سحابية (ECloud) شخصية على موقع الأساسية لشركة ليبيانا حيث يتسنى لكل شخص معرفة الأرقام التي تكون باسمه وكذلك معرفة الرصيد وصلاحية كل بطاقة SIM على حده عوضا عن الذهب لمراكز شركة ليبيانا، و أقترح إضافة ميزة شهادات الإلكترونية تخول كل فرد من مجتمع الليبي القيام بإجراءات تحتاج شهادات بدون تعب و إضاعة الوقت الثمين لدى الطرفين الموظفين و المشتركين
