I can’t use it on my phone. It allows me to import a video from my camera roll but once that video has played or once I hit the X to start moshing it just records my front camera or some of the time it will just remain on the video but frozen. I have to force close MoshUp and once I do it takes about 3 mins to load back up and the issue persists. It’s gotten worse since the last 3 updates it’s become unusable for me. Please feel free to let me know what I’m doing wrong because this $5 app is my favorite among all $2500 total I have spent in apps. I’m willing to give 5 stars on MoshUp overall besides this bug it is endless entertainment.

I recently bought the full version and I absolutely love it. First off it’s so much easier to datamosh instead of using a computer, having to make several clips, and import it into AE or Pr. Maybe a few suggestions for MoshUp in general. When you are making the mapping effects, maybe add audio and make it repeat rapidly? If you get my drift. Second off, when doing mapping effects, maybe you could add a feature where you can make the effect on a specific area? Anyways, I’m glad you went out of your way to make an app like this, it’s probably saved a lot of people’s time.

Dude! MoshUp is amazing. When I first started data moshing 10 years ago it was a crap shoot. You would randomly pick frames and hope the end result was interesting. This takes out all of the guess work but there’s still room for experimentation.

Just a couple things I would like to see added to make MoshUp perfect. Support for the wide angle lens on the iPhone and an auto flicker mode that switches between the last shot and the camera. You could add a slider for flicker speed.

Anyone who knows how to datamosh knows how tedious and time consuming it can be. Before I would havto sit in front of my cpu for hrs to get basically the same results I get in a matter of minutes by using MoshUp. I am also honestly really impressed by how far I can push MoshUp before it crashes out. I dont write reviews much but I figured you deserve some credit. Please keep polishing and updating. This is one of only a few glitch related phone apps available that’s actually worth using. Thank you

So i just got MoshUp recently, and i want to upgrade to the full version but there’s nothing saying if it’s a subscription or not. i’d love to spend money on an amazing app like this, i just need to know if it’s a one time purchase. if you could respond to this and clarify if it’s a subscription or a one time purchase, that would be amazing! (also, in the next update, you should put if it’s a one time purchase in menu where you can buy the full version) anyways, thanks for making an amazing app like this!!!

Recently bought the full version but it won’t go through I tried it multiple times but it just won’t do it do you have any help with this I really want to do the full version have better graphics the only thing I’m having trouble with is the fact that it won’t I bought it and it’s still saying by the full version for more longer videos of stuff so if you could respond to this it would be really helpful and I really need some help with this

I heart you guys for the simplicity of MoshUp I’ve been looking for something like this forever from the ASAP Yamborghini High music video. The only complain I would have is I wish it was easier to edit all the clips you have together to make a data moshed sequence. Like if you could import multiple clips and then place them one after another and then allow it to be datamoshed that would be so useful. I will forsure be learning to use MoshUp better :D

MoshUp is amazing and makes data moshing literally a cake walk, but I have one suggestion. There should be a way to set a timer before the camera starts recording so you can record some things easier, rather than having someone you know hold the record button. To go along with that, maybe you can slide the record button to the side to keep recording even when you take your finger off, similar to snapchat. Other than that, I have no issues. Thanks for all your hard work!

First I have to say, MoshUp is insanely cool. Makes something like “datamoshing” a trivial task and it’s super fun.
Unfortunately, it’s been regularly crashing on me. At first it was like “ok whatever, this happens sometimes with other apps”, but it’s been doing it on every other video I create and it’s very frustrating. Especially when I’ve been working on it for 30 minutes and didn’t save :/
I’ll give it a 5/5 without a doubt if the developers can sort out the crash issue!

Really like making creative things with MoshUp and I’ve wanted to get the full version, the only issue is that when trying to purchase the full version, people with devices that have to ask a guardian before purchasing cannot make the transaction as it never seems to go through. Though that just may be a me thing, really like this and wish I could grab the full version.

So first off MoshUp is amazing 5 stars sometimes when I switch to a different angle the pixels alright load in so it doesn’t give off much illusion not that bad but a thing I would add is when I’m playing a video I choose and then I go to record something else the audio from the clip I selected stops playing. It would be really nice if there was a option to keep the audio going or to be able to switch back to the clip

I really do enjoy MoshUp after like a total of 25 or somethin minutes of looking up glitch effects I found the right one but the one flaw that I’m a bit annoyed with is the obvious cuts in the data moshed videos in the trailer the datamosh was a lot more clean than my videos but I don’t know if that’s just me or if it’s everyone

MoshUp is really fun but I have some suggestions for MoshUp.
You can add videos from your camera roll to be datamoshed. So if I wanted to have a recording of a tree and then a recording of an owl I could do that.
Another thing you should add is audio. It’s really odd when I replay my recordings just for it to have 0 audio. Overall I’ve played with MoshUp a bit and it’s really fun. Keep up the good work and maybe take my ideas into consideration!

Now I absolutely love MoshUp, and I’m glad they added this to mobile devices. Pretty cool and probably the best out there for phones, HOWEVER... when editing a video, I’m not sure if it’s just me, but when I try importing a video it freezes up while uploading if it’s over like 13 seconds or so, leaving you with just a randomly trimmed part of the video to work with. This can be very frustrating, especially since I paid money for this. Could you guys please fix this? Thank you.

I love MoshUp. Love experimenting and trying new things. Datamoshing live is the coolest thing ever, but you can also add videos and datamosh them together as well. The workflow is very intuitive in that when you save a clip, it also saves the last frame so you can create another clip using that frame and then edit them together.

Also the developer/designer is reachable and responsive

I LOVE MoshUp, and I am glad the premium mode is a single purchase and not a subscription like most other apps. I would also like it if you could also STOP the video with volume controls while being able to start the video with volume controls at the same time. If you can fix this that would be GREAT! Thank you for making MoshUp.

There’s something wrong when I open MoshUp it starts to record immediately and I’m not even touching it I’ve had MoshUp for a while now and it works very good but now something wrong idk what it’s not from the settings or anything I used MoshUp when my phone was broke and it worked and my phone is still broken the same way (only the screen is cracked)and it’s acting like when I first open MoshUp it’s trying to record a racist Karen 🥺pls help I just wanna have fun 😖

Hey developer please respond to this! I want it so that I can use sound without pro version, my mother won’t let me have it and I really want some funny sound! Or atleast a whole minute with recording time, a funny 60 second video for tik tok instead of 7 or 8 love MoshUp cause data moshing takes hours on pc when this takes seconds.

I can make it look like there are things that aren’t there and more. I am going to get the full version because it must be hard to program this type of stuff. Also I can enjoy all these cool features with the free version and expand upon them in the full version. Pls keep polishing and updating MoshUp, it’s sick

Maybe make a tutorial video because i am not seeing any moshing effects. I just see the same video rendered when i save. I see some FX when i slide my finger around on screen but when i save it’s just a regular video without the effect. Also i think it should be able to load 2 different videos to mosh not the same video file to mosh itself.

This is awesome and I just upgraded to the paid version of MoshUp , but I wish it was easier to edit videos from my camera roll. It feels impossible to edit them the exact way I want to. I thought it would be less of a hassle to use MoshUp compared to adobe ae and pr but I’m just so confused and lost when it comes to putting videos from my camera roll together. If you help me figure it out I will be more than willing to post an ad/edited video on tiktok! Might help you get many more downloads.

YOOO MoshUp is AWESOME. Thank you to the developers for bringing datamoshing to mobile, in the world we live in today where We can do everything on our phones this fits in. I feel like maybe the moshing with the pixels and making sure the videos prior collaborate with each could be a little better but overall it’s awesome

MoshUp has become vital to my current videomaking/glitching process. The newly added ability to import/use videos from the camera roll is huge. Really, that was the only lacking feature to my mind. Now that it's possible, I have only praise for MoshUp. Thank you dev(s)!

Downloaded today and upgraded in a few minutes after testing app. It definitely rocks! I can see this is going to be a lot of fun. It is a glitch type app and you can do some fabulous things with it.

I love this sooo much I’ve been looking for this all over thank you soo much but when I’m recording i want it to be able to also go with the next shot kinda like blend

This is so cool! Not sure if it would be possible (I’m guessing the device gyro is part of the mapping process) but if you could blend existing videos that would be cool.

I loved this incredibly unique video effects app, but adding video import from the camera roll buts this over the top!

Just like his previous apps, this app offers tools that stretch the mind and creative process! So worth supporting developers like this!
