I cannot open my Morphy Face Morph App purchased a long time ago installed on myIphone8. I have tried deleting it, re-installing but it still does not work Any suggestion ? Thank You !

How to fix Morphy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Morphy app on iPhone
Update Morphy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Morphy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Morphy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Morphy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Morphy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Morphy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Morphy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Morphy » click [Force Stop]

Update Morphy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Morphy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Morphy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Morphy.

Fix Morphy unable to contact server/ Morphy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Morphy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Morphy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Morphy
