Old app better

2022-06-02

Bring back tracking BU bus!

Bad design

2022-07-03

Poor app design, with too much going on. I only need to know where the BUS is! There are other apps for Boston public transportation!

Absolutely horrible update

2022-08-04

TerrierTransit is made so poorly, an absolute nightmare to track the BU shuttle. No one cares about the MBTA stops since google maps or Apple Maps tracks those buses. Organized poorly and over complicates the only reason people download TerrierTransit, to track and use the BU shuttle. I never rate apps but this one is just so bad that I had to go out of my way to let the developers and other BU medical students how bad it is. 0/5 stars

I would give it 0 stars if I could

2022-09-05

The one thing, the one thing I liked from the previous app was the live feature. Now TerrierTransit is replaced with a worse user menu and it took away the live bus tracker. It is so unnecessarily complicated, and none of the features are useful. What’s worse is they removed the old app. I would honestly give TerrierTransit 0 stars if I could.

Worst APpever

2022-10-06

If I could give a 0 I would. Any positive reviews are clearly by those involved in creating TerrierTransit because it is a total failure. You have no idea where the bus is and gps times listed are NEVER accurate. I am in minute 12 for a bus that was 4 min away. Go back to the old app this one is totally worthless.

Absolutely Useless

2022-11-07

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never once gotten an accurate timetable for the BU bus using TerrierTransit, and the inclusion of MBTA stops is pointless and a waste of space. I would rather have TerrierTransit removed than plan my day with the false expectation of waiting for the bus to arrive on time.

Horrible app

2022-12-08

This new version BU app doesn’t do the job it supposed to be used for — finding BU shuttle status and schedule. Other features like MBTA lines, stores, traffic, walking directions are not crucial. TerrierTransit doesn’t have an easy access to the basic function.

Why? No, seriously. Why?

2023-01-09

Why was TerrierTransit needed? Who even asked for this? It’s horrible. It’s so hard to use. If I needed to track MBTA I have a different all for that and better yet, I have google maps. So, why would I need this? Please put thing back the way they were.

BU Shuttle feed missing

2023-02-10

The shuttle’s schedule can’t be relied on. Where is the live feed? That’s the only thing we use. We don’t care about mbta stops since Apple Maps already does that..

No useful

2023-03-11

Hard to use

What was wrong with the old one?

2023-04-12

This is sincerely confusing and difficult to use. Where is the live bus tracker?? That’s what we use TerrierTransit for.

Vast improvement from original app

2023-05-13

The original BU app was nearly useless and unintuitive. Unlike the other reviewer, I thoroughly appreciate the integration of other public transit, since most of us need to be able to combine the BU Shuttle with other forms of transit to make a commute—I was tired of switching between multiple apps so this new version is comparatively excellent.

Useful!

2023-06-14

Great app that gives me real-time on Shuttles.

Super helpful!

2023-07-15

A great app to get me where I need to go when I need to be there 💪🏼

Useful

2023-08-16

I don’t know why people are saying it is hard to use? I found it very easy to locate BU shuttle line and times on TerrierTransit (just tap the “lines” option on the bottom right). It’s really neat that they include BU and MBTA lines in one place, and it’s useful for those that commit beyond BU.
