Can’t log on to app

Trying to use the app on my new iphone; however, it tells me my account is not activated and to check my email for the activation. I have logged on before and my account was already good to go. I can’t find anywhere to re-send the activation link.
Radar Firmware Update

I downloaded the updates for the app and radar firmware but when I connect to the radar and update the firmware the app crashes immediately and the radar won’t update. I reinstalled the app and powered off and on the radar as well.
App on iPad won’t recognize the internet connection

The app on my iPad Air 4 won’t recognize that I am connected to the internet. Even though I am currently reviewing the product online. You are able to use offline, but not connect with the myflightscope online, and the accounts are completely different. I want the accounts to connect online because I use my phone for quick sessions.
