Force Stop the Smarters IPTV Player Pro App
1. On android, goto Settings » Smarters IPTV Player Pro » click [Force Stop]

2. restart Smarters IPTV Player Pro.

Again, goto Smarters IPTV Player Pro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
