Force Stop the Studytracks App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Studytracks app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Studytracks to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Studytracks App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Studytracks app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Studytracks.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Studytracks » "Force Stop".
