For starters I know that it not sheets but it would be nice if ur on lunch at work and u want to order food but u have to go in the building place ur order and wait for ur food which 9 times out of 10 it will be ready in less than six minutes depending on what u order but think about this some people have only a half an hour’s lunch and it takes them 10 minutes to get their food plus the time it takes them to drive / walk to the store if it’s in walking distance, especially when school is back to normal. Some kids go places to get lunch on their way to the career center and stop to get food. if they order it before they leave the school they can pick it up pay for it and leave and arrive at the career center on time

First thing I try to do is find a location. I type in “Lancaster” and sorry, no locations found. How about “Lancaster PA”? Still nothing. I try to add a comma in case that’s important but it hides the punctuation on my keyboard. Okay well then I’ll just try York, I know there’s a bunch of them in York. No locations found.

As others have said there’s no way to order food either. Or anything else. The “deals” button brings up a list of items for sale so that you can, I don’t know, make a shopping list in Notes? At the bottom of the page—which resembles a web site—there’s a link to download Rutters . Just comical.

It doesn’t have to be as good as the Sheetz app but it could at least be functional.

I have a Rutter’s account, and also a card. I’ve had them for a few years now. I’m able to login on the Rutter’s website, but when I downloaded Rutters and tried to login it said; “Error: no matching guests.” So I tried to make a “new” account with the same information thinking that it would help. I then got a “Uniqueness Error: This email and mobilePhone is currently in use.” So Rutters recognizes I have an account, but won’t allow me to use said information to login? I tried changing my password, but that was to no avail.

It always amazes me when companies roll out new apps with so many errors . Do they not Beta test ? Rutters is worse then the first app. The scan feature does not work in most stores . You can’t transfer to the Apple wallet . The special features are confusing . The graphics look low they are from 2009. The fuel tally feature doesn’t work . Horrible! I wish I could give it zero stars . I might switch to sheetz !

Yeah you can’t order food on Rutters.

You have to go to the store, use the touchscreen to order and wait for the food to be made. The whole point of downloading Rutters was in the hope of ordering food ahead of time.

The name of Rutters should be called “Rutter’s (no food options) App” so you can waste your time waiting for food without also wasting your time with Rutters.

Can’t login with my email or members card. Can’t reset my password because my email doesn’t exist apparently. Can’t create a new account and link my members card to it because it doesn’t exist apparently. Cant login through Facebook even though it tells me I’ve done that before. Can’t look at the menu unless I’m logged in. So I’m done wasting my time with this app and I’m going to Sheetz.

Wish this app had online ordering/pay. Also would like to use rewards for something else instead of $ off gas. this app stores are great and I’ve never had any issues, but Rutters needs some work and updates!

App works well enough. Can be a little confusing at times. Biggest complaint is how dated it feels. It looks like it’s from 2010. A update to make it feel up to date like Wawa or Sheetz would be so nice.

It’s basically the same as the old app, nothing new feature-wise that I can tell really... also, the old app supported Apple Wallet. This one says it does, but I cannot find any way to put my rewards card in my Apple Wallet, so that’s a step backwards from the old app...

The only things you can do is find a location and see how much gas costs. There is a blinking Icon that says “$.10 off per gallon”, but it doesn’t do anything. You can’t see the menu. You can’t order anything.

It’s pointless

Old app says switch app and sign in to get $.10 off per gallon.... yet says I have .01 cent off. So why did I switch apps???

Rutters is just garbage. First they want you to change your password before even installing the new app. Go to change it and just keeps saying error. Now that I finally changed the password Rutters just keeps saying error: other error returned from server. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Had issues with both old and new apps. Kept egging error when trying to install new app. Gave up. Deleted. I thought apps were supposed to make things easier? Not this one. I’ll keep using the plastic card I keep in my wallet like I’ve been doing.

I can’t even get through the initial log in screen. Keep getting error messages. Deleted it. I’d love an app that works, and also where you can order food from.

It’s 2022, there are self-driving cars, we’ve been through two years of a pandemic, and you guys don’t have online ordering. Can’t wait for wawa to come to town.

Rutters is worse then the first. No points total shown that you’ve accumulated. Can’t order food. Who wrote Rutters? Never mind, Rutter’s IT idiots. Some of York count’s finest. No wonder Sheetz is winning the convenience store war! I wish I could give this negative stars.

Don’t like at all. Can’t see my rewards , cant scan in the store and can’t order online my food. Don’t gave you to many options to do in Rutters . Prefer the last version, at least that one was on my Apple wallet.

I don’t know what the point of Rutters is for. The whole point should be to order food so you don’t have to sit and wait when you’re in a hurry.

I downloaded this version thinking there would actually be something of value. I was wrong. Be better this app. How about online ordering for food. Or access to my rewards account, not just the card qrl.

Why cant i add the card to my wallet app it says it is supported wrong gas prices missing complete store info come on guys Rutters doesn't say much more and to not be fully complete is sad

I can’t find how much I have on gas rewards
