I can't reset my password. I've tried to reset my password but I don't receive an email to do that.

App doesn't load and/or open. Uninstaller app and downloaded again it worked once.
The app had logged me out of my account. I deleted the app and redownloaded it but I cannot log into my account. It keeps saying error.
Hello, I have some problems with the app, I go to last step to pay and the app didn't accept my card, its a visa flag and works in supermarket and other shops, didn't work only in Rutter
