Such a shame this is the most widely used booking app in SE Asia. There are so many bugs -- my favorites are that every time I switch to another app and back it gives infinite loading so I have to kill 12GoTrainBusFerryFlight and restart my booking and that it shows trips that are no longer available so that you mess up your travel plans.

CAUTION USING 12GoTrainBusFerryFlight! IT CRASHES AND FAILS CAUSING CANCELLED BOOKINGS TO TO REBOOK AND CHARGE YOU BASICALLY STEALING MONEY! I used this to book a VIP bus from Laos to Thailand during the process my friend found train tickets with direct carrier. I cancelled the booking 10 minutes after booking. During this cancellation process the application froze and then crashed. I waited closed application and then received email that the booking was cancelled. I thought all was good. Then on the same day of booking I received a txt reminder about the booking that I cancelled. I attempted several times to cancel and get a refund for this error with 12GO only to be stonewalled and administrator unwilling to escalate or to closely review the error. Please be cautious using 12GoTrainBusFerryFlight I cost me $65 for their error!
It was a good plate for cheaper option but when I book the trip they charge for 2 trip in same day n same time when I select for 1 option. Poor customer support when reported double charge they didn’t even respond.
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Half of the time you try to pay it just doesn’t go through.
I love the ability to book a cab using 12GoTrainBusFerryFlight, but it’s a one and done app. Meaning you use it once and then it doesn’t work the second time.

Great service, easy way to find cheap tickets for buses, trains, flights, and taxis for whenever and wherever I want to go. But 12GoTrainBusFerryFlight gives the wheel of death if you switch to a different app and then try to go back to 12Go. You end up having to start all over. Every time. I’m on iPhone.
I get the wheely thing of death everytime I make a booking on my phone. Then I have to shut down my phone & start over. I have an iphone.
I like the ability to buy tickets all in one place but . . . The crashing app is a psin. The calendar on the website doesn’t go beyond the month after present.
