Never stops annoying you!

I used this app for grocery delivery once in CDMX, and now I get multiple text messages and push notifications just about every day, with no obvious way to stop them from coming! I muted the push notifications, and tried to stop the ads in my text messages by blocking the number, but they just started to use a different number! Be careful before giving them your number, because apparently you’re going to be signed up to be annoyed for life!
They do need your number so you can communicate with the delivery driver, but once you give it you’re going to get PING PING PINGed all day with “deals.”
In addition my order was multiple hours late - the one good thing they did with my number was send me a notification that my order was to be deliver in 90 minutes, but it was actually delivered in double that time, and there’s no way to track your order to know when your order will actually arrive. They do have good deals and the courier was nice enough, but it’s a bad and very annoying service. Not worth it!

Patrocinan productos frescos y buen servicio. Recibí mis frambuesas visiblemente podridas así como un plátano, ensalada de bolsa y unos higos. Pedí que me trajeran mis productos en buen estado ya que ofrecen devoluciones. Esperé 3 días y reprograme el pedido varias veces porque nadie venía a la hora prometida a entregarlo. Finalmente lo fui a reprogramar una última vez y me terminaron devolviendo el dinero porque no tenían rutas disponibles. En fin, sus promesas son falsas: los productos no son frescos y el servicio no es eficiente. Parece que solo tratan bien a los influencers.
